INSPECTION - scheduled and conducted efficiently; exceptionally thorough inspection report (David). COST - in line with all other quotes, which are apparently driven by the insurance estimate. Green Oak differentiation included owner interaction, master roofer certification, 5 star rating, excellent warranty, professional documentation and workflow management. WORK - scheduled efficiently, material arrived on time the day before, crew arrived on time the day of, work was conscientious and completed in 3/4 day (townhome), clean-up (including loose nail hunt) was impressively thorough. It looks stunning and kept my house completely dust-free. What impressed me most was Zach's integrity. During the install, a small piece of my old plastic molding snapped. Instead of ignoring it, Zach took full ownership and replaced the trim on both skylights with upgraded foam-backed wood molding at his own expense to ensure everything was airtight and uniform.
