I love My Glass Tech. Hired them to fix the rollers on a set of sliding doors that had rusted and had been hard to move for years. They also replaced several picture window glass panes that I could get no one to fix. All I was getting from other companies were offers to replace the doors entirely at a cost quadruple of My Glass Tech's. Also replaced several original older windows in my upstairs. My Glass Tech replaced our front door shattered glass that is tempered double pane. I sent him a photo and measurements His quote was very reasonable. He came on time to measure it accurately so he could custom order it. It was an involved process since we have real wood frame unlike some of the houses that have fabricated material. After the glass was ready, he came in for installation and did a fantastic job, taking off the wooden glass frame and attaching the many screws to fit the glass perfectly. I recently had my window screens repaired and then sadly realized that I could not get the screens back into the windows myself without damaging them. YouTube of course was not helpful and I was very frustrated. I contacted a few companies asking to have a professional put the screens in for me and sadly most said that my job was "too small" and they would not send someone out for something like that. Chuck however has been fantastic. He immediately said he could help and was able to pop the screens in with no issue and at a reasonable cost. He is even going to return when I have the final one finished, as I was still missing one screen today. It was early November 2022 and a nice warm day, I wanted to clean the windows outside and tilted a window. It came off one side and the other. Then, I couldn't replace the window back. The side parts seemed missing. I used an finding any repair site and sent a request. Nobody responded in 20 minutes, so I started searching a window repair company in Yelp site. My Glass Tech was close to my place, so I called. Mr. Chak answered and he said he would be my place within 1- 1 1/2 hours. He showed up, checked the window and fixed within 20 minutes. He told me even though our window pivot shoe parts were broken, they were still in use and I didn't need to replace them. Also, he advised me to use WD40 oil for helping windows smooth open. I asked him the estimate of replacing the pivot shoe parts. It wasn't so bad, but changing all the windows' pivot shoe parts would cost a lot, so I decided to wait for a while.
