INSPECTION - scheduled and conducted efficiently; exceptionally thorough inspection report (David). COST - in line with all other quotes, which are apparently driven by the insurance estimate. Green Oak differentiation included owner interaction, master roofer certification, 5 star rating, excellent warranty, professional documentation and workflow management. WORK - scheduled efficiently, material arrived on time the day before, crew arrived on time the day of, work was conscientious and completed in 3/4 day (townhome), clean-up (including loose nail hunt) was impressively thorough. AFTER - received certificate of completion in a timely manner, along with photo record of repaired roof. Not being a roofer, it's difficult to assess the integrity of the new roof & shingles, however the end result appears clean and professional. Suspect the new, high-quality roof will increase the townhome value and/or decrease time to sell based on the high-quality products used and overall curb appeal of the work. He gave quotes for several add ons that were recommended (full replacement of the roof decking - house is over 50 years old, edge vents since there isn't enough room for soffit vents), but didn't pressure me to get them (I did end up getting them). The price was very good and competitive. After signing the contract, a few weeks later everything was ready. Day of the install, the team of roofers did a great job replacing everything and were done by mid day. 6 months after install, the roof is doing great, no issues whatsoever.
