The milk tea at Meet Fresh is always great and tastes fresh. It's not too sweet or too bland. The service is always quick and the workers are sweet. They always keep the place clean even when it gets packed with people. The environment is nice and a good place to relax and even study. One thing I did not like about this trip was that the AC was broken. It feels like the AC has been broken for a long time. I visited this location a few weeks ago and the AC was also broken around that time. I feel like it's a good place to chill but with the AC broken around summertime, it is not. read more

When a store lists its opening time of 11am, shouldn't it be open and have items ready for customers to order from? We came in right at 11am and the employees were all still looking like they were half asleep and they mentioned they do not open until 11am. BUT IT WAS 11AM ALREADY! They also told us boba will not be ready for another 30 minutes. Honestly, how do you run a successful business like this? The only reason I do like this place is that the drinks are not too sweet. Service was really good. Sheryl was the lead manager (I think that's what her tag said) and she was very good at answering any questions as well as making my experience very enjoyable. I ordered a Fluffy Sweet Potato slush. It's sort of an odd flavor but I wanted to explore the menu. The slush was pretty thick but very good. I wasn't expecting this but they also included what tasted like Wintermelon jelly. Overall the drink was very good and great for a hot day. The "fluffy" just refers to their house made whip cream. Their cream is thicker than other whip creams and tastes sooo good. I definitely tried to lick the remains of the cream when I couldn't suck anymore up through the straw. I have never been to this place I saw a lady with a iced tea so i decided to give it a shot. I ordered 2 mango iced green teas but they charged me a milk berry milk shaved ice. I don't know if she didn't hear me right or because of the glass but I didn't notice till i saw them filling the bowl. I was gonna say something when i got my order. I had seen the guy either just call out the orders and hand them off or just leave them on the counter for the other (asian) customers. But when he called out my number and he saw me he asked for my receipt -_- . Not a problem but why was i the only person he asked to see one because i am hispanic???! That threw me off so i got my expensive bucket of ice and left. Im lactose intolerant so i gave it to my friend it was to big so she didn't finish it. First time at this meetfresh location and I do not think I'll ever come back. I first called them to place an take out order but the staff who answered the phone told me tersely that I had to order online instead- I did not experience this at any of the other MeetFresh locations- it was Monday around 4:30 pm so it is not a busy time for them by any means (there was only one customer in the store when I arrived to pick up my order 10 minutes later). So I downloaded their app and ordered Icy Grass Jelly B, which is supposed to come with red bean, boba and taro as toppings. I left an order comment to substitute the taro with taro balls. After I got home and started eating- I found no red bean or boba in there! Only some lonely taro balls in the sea of grass jelly. Also, there was a strand of hair in there! From unfriendly/lazy staff to messed up order and a hair in the food- the Arcadia MeetFresh really gave me quite an experience today. I would advise everyone to avoid this location- plenty of other dessert options in the area. read more

great staff! friendly service! my gf went in monday on veteran's day nov 11, 2019, and was surprised how busy it was at the mall and at meet fresh. a long line, and a bit understaffed, but she said the staff was friendly, got her order correct, and they made enough of an impression that she made me come on yelp to write a super positive review! she also said that even though we live closer to the temple city location (who always gets her order wrong, but thats a different review), she's going to make me drive further to the arcadia location because of her most recent visit! read more

We came tonight and the system went down. It was unfortunate because the drinks were great as usual. The line was crazy and this is not the first time I have been here and the system went down without any apparent backup plan. That said - the staff was incredible. One girl in particular took the lead, grabbed the reigns and got things organized. I hope she is in a leadership role because if she is not, she should be and will be soon. She showed natural leadership skills and I would hire her in a heartbeat. Very bad experience for a Meet Fresh fan. We usually go to the one in Chino Hills and Industry. Came here on Saturday night around 9:20pm. Sign says the hours were till 11pm on Saturday. Started ordering our usual and was informed half the stuff we ordered is not available because they're closing at 10pm. We informed the cashier the signs says 11pm and was informed that was before Covid. We've been in this pandemic for almost two years, please change the hours accordingly! We then got asked if we're ready to order since they're closing. Basically each item we tried to order, the response was I'm sorry that's not available cause we're closing. Ok, so that's a sign or hint that we should've walked out or didn't want our patronage, but the kids had their heart set. So we asked for just Tofu pudding and asked if there's a discount for all the items that's not included and was denied. So the kids wanted their hot Tofu pudding and we just ordered that. Got the order and the Tofu wasn't even warm. Asked if they can reheat (it's only sticking it in a microwave) and the same cashier gave an attitude and with a "are you serious" look. So we declined to get it heated and left there before some real conflicts start happening. So message to the manager/owner there, hire the right people to represent your business!! Been a long time patron of Meet Fresh Temple City but came to the Westfield location for dessert. Ordered a hot grass jelly and mung bean cakes (2 items) for three people to share after a big dinner. At some of the other locations extra utensils and cups are self serve, so when I asked where I could get them one of the servers behind the counter looked at my order and asked "why I needed extra if I only ordered these items". The question is unjustified and unwarranted given we did get multiple items and made me feel awkward as a customer. On top of that, the walkway between the two main sitting areas was very crowded with people sitting all along it and it was hard to walk to my table balancing the hot grass jelly on a tray. I wanted to buy a gift card as they advertised a special on the menus but after inquiring found out they no longer sell gift cards. The cashier was nice and friendly, but I don't know if I'll be back at this location again. read more

She maybe loud but the way she has a way with her words that takes me back to the time I ordered meet fresh for the first time in Taiwan. She single handedly took my order made it within minutes. Was very excited for meet fresh to open a location in Arcadia, but this branch is a disappointment. Been here 2 times and the first time was ehh..medicore. During our 2nd visit my hot grass jelly was warm, almost to the cold side. They also gave very little ingredients inside my hot grass jelly #4 and seemed very watered down. The grass jelly did not even firm or turn jelly like when it got cold, it was watery. Point system is still not set up and the staff are usually standing around chatting with each other. Both my visits were a disappointment, especially the second visit. Will most likely not return again and make the drive out to the TC city location. read more
