Tim's Thai Tea inside Blossom Market Hall.
    Shik P.

We stopped by on a busy Saturday night and there was only 1 employee working. The young gentleman working assisted every customer waiting in line with such grace and kindness. We were watching him make the drinks and you can tell he was having a great time putting the drinks together. The young man delivered all the drinks and orders in a timely manner with a smile. Thank you for providing excellent customer service. Enjoyed our milk teas from Tim's Thai Tea. We ordered the Strawberry Milk Tea and Thai Tea. It was delicious. The milk teas were not too sweet. The Thai Tea was blended perfectly: Can't wait to try other milk tea items on their menu.

    Thai Tea with Boba

Tea Bag - no, tea IN a bag... yes! With such a picture, I couldn't help but try it out for its novelty. Yup, I got the Thai tea in a bag with brown sugar boba - less sweet. The drink took about 5 minutes to prepare, and the staff explained how to enjoy it in their reusable pouch. A few sips later, I realized that the boba tasted normal and not like brown sugar - still good nonetheless. The Thai tea was on the watery side, but the level of sweetness was nearly perfect. The reusable pouch? I enjoyed the idea of being sustainable; now I just need to use it more often. The best part about it? It's included in the price, and it also stands on the table fairly well. A good amount of thought was definitely put into this product - credit where credit is due!

Taro milk tea with boba and Mango Slushy + (add-ons) Total: $20.28

Price: Reasonable enough to revisit, though add ons can increase the total quickly if you are not paying attention. Location: Located inside a lively market hall with a mix of food and drink vendors. The space includes a bar, stage area with scheduled events, and workshops held upstairs. The second floor also provides additional seating, outlets, and a single stall restroom alongside the men's and women's restrooms on the first floor. Parking is usually abundant unless there is a large street event, at which point the lot may require payment. Ambiance: The layout works well considering the number of shops housed in the hall. The overall feel is a blend of café, food court, bar, and family friendly gathering space. Menu: Appears wide at a glance. Ordering is done through a kiosk, but staff are available to guide you if needed. In this case, a recommendation was provided at the counter that led to ordering the mango slush. Service: Kind, patient, and informative.

The staff is extremely kind and sweet! We found a table and they brought the drink to us! I can always count on friendly service here! I really hope this stays for quite some time because I love their Thai tea and shaved ice!

Halo halo!!!!!!!! One of the best! Got the large 24oz cup. Guy was nice enough to split into two 12oz cups. He even let us have a choice of ice cream flavor!!! The mais ice cream is the best! The other one had pandan ice cream. Located in the blossom market hall. In the center kiosks. Can't find a better halo halo!

Located inside the blossom food hall in SGV. This food hall has plenty of seating and parking with free wifi for all guests. The staff were super attentive and helpful in answering any questions we had. Unfortunately the mais con yelo was definitely pricey when compared to everything else served in the food hall. Tasty but not worth the price. order: Mais Con Yelo ($13 after tax) comment: I tried to get a cup for free water at the hall but they don't provide any cups. I asked if they sell water which they then replied yes but for $5.50. WHY WOULD A BOTTLE OF WATER COST $5.50?? Great service and tasty drink but the prices are all over the place

This place was busy. There was only employee and he was working hard. He still gave great customer service even though he was the only one working on such a busy evening. I didn't get to catch his name but it was 10/11/25 around 8pm. We ordered the thai iced tea and strawberry milk tea in a reusable pouch. Requested for no boba in either drink. They were delicious! The reusable pouch is a cool concept. And it came with a bendy straw for the LO. Thank you!

a really cute dessert place in the middle of a food court! got the halo halo -- it was made quickly and tasted very fresh. there are lots of tables right near the shop, plus more tables with outlets upstairs. the music downstairs is pretty loud and more suitable for if you're chatting with friends. upstairs is quieter and good if you're working. the tables can get pretty crowded, so keep that in mind if wanting to eat here. the wifi is strong and held well during zoom meetings. lots of clean bathrooms as well.

Very novel drinks that are brightly colored The taste is good but quite expensive. It was hard to see the prices from what I remember Service was relatively quick The food hall where the store is located at had plenty of seating and was generally clean. Overall I don't think I would come here too often for the price and location

Good drinks! Not too sweet. Boba was QQ. Def a nice place to try at the Blossom Market! There's lots of seating and good for family and groups. Love that you can have a lot of variety. Service is good, you can order on a kiosk I think.

    Buko pandan
    Lisa N.

I ordered the Buko pandan and was impressed with the portions. Love the decor and service! Everything here was so cute and colorful! They even have shave ice. The Buko pandan had yummy pandan ice cream. It was a nice sweet treat after my meal. Very refreshing. I like the jellies. Apparently the boba was a free add-on? Nice! This place is located inside Blossom Market Hall. Lots of seating to enjoy your dessert.

Hawaiian shaved ice with tigers blood, green apple, and coconut syrup
    Nina N.

Halo halo cravings in a mostly Chinese centric city can be pretty hard to come by but not with Tim's Thai Tea within walking distance. The name may be misleading but their halo halo is one of the best. It's perfectly layered with the gels, macapuno (coconut meat in string form), red beans, flan, jackfruit, ube ice cream, some fun maraschino cherries, a well shaved ice (some halo halos tend to have big ice chunks), and a sprinkling of that crunchy rice topping. It hits the spot every time. If it's really hot, get their Hawaiian shaved ice, which is another must have. Nice and refreshing on a hot day. They've won a consistent customer with me. I need to try their other desserts as well, and eventually the Thai tea haha.

    Halo Halo
    Jen P.

We got the halo halo with boba. It is a bit pricy. We got the regular size and it came to almost $15 but for the regular size, it's a good portion to be shared between two people. The worker there was nice. You can either order from the kiosk or from a worker. There is a bunch of parking out back, along with free wifi inside the market hall. The halo halo wasn't super sweet, just the perfect amount of sweetness. But our favorite was the ube ice cream on top. Ugh, I wish they served just ice cream there. It was really good.

I've been here before, but ever since Salju went viral on TikTok, it's definitely gotten a lot busier compared to past years. That said, the quality is still great. The shaved ice itself and the toppings were delicious, but I'd probably skip the condensed milk next time since it made everything a bit too sweet for my taste. Portion sizes are generous. The small is easily enough to share between two people, and the medium is massive. There are tons of flavor options to choose from, and orders come out pretty quickly despite how busy it can get!

Most of everything is still reusing Meet Fresh bowls and paper bowls/cups as they transition over on a lazy way. Ordered their signature Ice Grassy jelly named similar to how Meet Fresh had it. The grass jelly is still very good, with large colored mochi balls on it. The bottom ice is still nice and sweet but a bit different in texture than the Meet Fresh dark ice. All right other add ins like jelly and boba is missing. Still a great dessert and would still come here for it. Fruit shave ice has been completely phased out :( and the owner wants this to be more of a coffee place. I don't understand this as there are so many empty new coffee shops around and places like Twinkle Tea, Molly Tea, Cha Express, and 7 leaves already full this void and have much of us loyal to them already that there really isn't a room for another coffee shop... Service with Diana handling both ordering and making the orders was awesome and see her getting overwhelmed with just apologizing and trying to explain to transition to so many disappointed customers that ended up walking out is very discouraging. I do hope this place improves and does something different to draw people in but at the moment they will have a uphill battle. Give them a chance though as it's still a good place to kick back.

I should've known something was up as when I was at home, I looked up at the Meet Fresh website and noticed that the Monterey Park location wasn't listed. When we arrived at the store, the store front has two misleading signs on the outside. One side has the Meet Fresh sign and the other side has Coffee27. Noticeably the photos on the walls, the Meet Fresh logos are covered up. Inside, there's a kiosk to order and the menu is a very stripped down menu of Meet Fresh. We were looking to order some of the items from Meet Fresh (warm tofu dessert) and found it no longer there. We ended up just ordering a Hong Kong Waffle. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the waffle. We will not be returning. Honestly, I don't know how long this business will hold up as there will be a popular coffee shop opening up a door down.

We went early to avoid the dinner crowd, and were seated promptly even though we were waiting for two more to join us. The super nice young man working there brought us water while we waited without us asking, and embodied the nicest, most friendly, patient and attentive service throughout the rest of our evening even though he was the only server working. My favorites from before were the Deluxe Tonkotsu Ramen, Takoyaki, and the Spicy Gyoza (I ask for spicy on the side), and all three tasted just as scrumptious as I had remembered, if not better. Of note, I actually was not a fan of takoyaki until this establishment made me a fan, with that crispy outer shell and just such savorily creaminess on the inside. The gyoza was lightly fried, perfectly, with.one of the best fresh meat filling ever! The ramen here became my new favorite in the SGV area from before, and remains deservedly so with that dreamily richly flavorful broth, fresh noodles, thinly sliced chaushu, and perfectly cooked eggs. The new menu also boasts some new specialties, so we also ordered their Jiro Style Ramen. In a word, WOW! The rich broth was gloriously garlicky in all the best ways, and the crunch from the cabbage and bean sprouts accompanied the thicker ramen noodles just slurp-fully perfect. To note, my bf, who really does not like bean sprouts (not even in Pho), lovingly scarfed it all down this ramen with gusto. And, now I have two favorite ramen dishes at this establishment! We were curious, even though we were already full, so we got a small Raspberry Kakigori to share for dessert. As someone who grew up loving Taiwanese shaved ice, this completely blew all my childhood memories out of the water. The shaved ice was this most pillowy snow with an insanely perfect sweetness and creaminess, and I don't even like milk, until now, especially with that raspberry jammy goodness. My bf is actually not a fan at all of shaved ice ever, but this Kakigori made him a believer! The location remains clean and welcoming, as is the impeccable service. Parking is terrible above ground in this plaza, but amply available underground. Each parking spot is also super spacious, which is immensely appreciated. Highly, highly recommend!

Parking - Free in a huge shared parking lot. Usually not too hard to impress as a tea shop but through my plentiful of visits, I've always left a disappointed. They always have only one staff member working. While nothing bad about the staff as I understand that they're working as fast as they can, I cannot fathom sometimes various staff would not call out orders that are ready and would take over 30-40 minutes just to get one order out. While that was a one time experience, my next experience was very similar. Orders did take just as long to come out, once again, one staff member only. Lights were also turned off, no AC on a hot day, and restrooms were practically unusable. The doors wouldn't fully close and the toilets were dirty as well. Not a great look overall. The only saving grace I'd say are the spacious tables and their quality of the drinks. My partner and I always get their Osmanthus Golden Oolong Milk Tea and it hits pretty well. It's refreshing and definitely one of their top drinks. Menu is extensive which is a nice look. Besides that, the astronaut/space theme is a nice touch as well, pretty unique design that you don't really find elsewhere. Overall, a subpar tea spot that's downgraded plenty, seems like they're doing a lot of budgeting which is understandable. If you don't mind a longer wait time, check out L2 for their solid drinks.
