I love this place. There aren't that many true Taiwanese cafés still around, and All In Café holds its ground. They offer the classic street food staples--beef noodle soup, pork chop rice, popcorn chicken--but they also have proper dinner dishes meant for sharing. Most plates run around $17-$19. It's not positioned as cheap eats, but the portions justify the price. Flavor-wise, this place edges out many other Taiwanese cafés by an inch. It may not be dramatic, but it's noticeable. The cooking feels closer to home-style Taiwanese flavor. Not as spicy as Szechuan. Not as sweet as Shanghai. It sits in between--balanced and comforting. Strong recommendations: * Beef in satay sauce * Sautéed pork kidney in sesame oil * Shredded pork with bean curd These dishes really capture that Taiwanese home-cooked essence. Service-wise, don't expect polished restaurant-level attention. My first visit felt a bit "meh"--it seemed like the staff had a rough day. The recent visit was better. It's casual and straightforward, which matches the setting. If you're looking for honest Taiwanese flavors with solid portions and dishes you'd recognize from a family kitchen, this place delivers.

Was craving some Taiwanese food and saw this place was new. It was right next to stater bros plaza with plenty of parking. The pork chop rice was delicious! The meat was tender and crispy, not too oily. The portion was also pretty large, shareable as well. The sides included corn/ham, bok choy, and tofu. Wished there were a little bit more of the pork sauce over rice! Will come back next time to try their beef noodle soup.

I was on my way home and craving some Taiwanese food. I saw this place pop up on Yelp, and it looked like one of the older establishments that had changed owners but still kept the same chef. I went on a Monday for lunch, and it was packed, with only one staff member on the floor. Thankfully, they had one corner seat for one person, which is super unique. The restaurant itself looks clean and simple with wooden tables and chairs. My cousin, who lives nearby, recommended the pork chop rice, and I also ordered some vegetables, which ended up being a huge plate. The pork chop was crispy and so flavorful, it reminded me of Taiwan. It came with some bachoy, half an egg, and tofu. The veggies had a pork-braised sauce on top, which went great with rice. I couldn't finish everything, so I took the rest to go. I had to wait for a while since the staff was super busy with other tables, but I didn't mind. I'd love to come back another time and maybe try their stir-fried dishes or individual plates when we have a group to share and try more!

All In Cafe recently took over a popular Chinese restaurant, new owner but the same kitchen team. It is so new that it has no outdoor signage yet. It has 3 waitresses to serve a dozen square tables and 1 round table for maybe 8 people. The combo appetizer is decent with sliced beef, tendon, pig ear, bean curd & seaweed. Fried oyster mushrooms was interesting. The braised beef noodle was good. We liked eggplant with basil too. Spicy pork intestine with tofu/blood and hot and sour soup was just okay. Rice is $2.50/bowl. While water is free, soda is $2.00 and hot tea are $5.00 each.

A nice quiet neighborhood spot in Rowland Heights without all the crowds with authentic Taiwanese comfort food. Popcorn chicken is juicy, flavorful and perfectly crispy crust balanced with 5 spice and salt. The sesame paste noodles is creamy and smooth without using any peanuts as a cheap filler. Delicious! Service was very fast and friendly. Good quality food and no hype. Cozy and clean dining room too.

Surprised to see this place took over a pretty popular restaurant that had been there for many years. Don't know if this is a rebrand since the old name is still on it or these guys bought them out. We arrived around 1130a n place was starting to get busy. By the time we'd left people were waiting outside. We ordered dishes we liked. Seemed to me, everyone ordered pork chop rice. I thought it wasn't bad. Pork chop could be a bit less greasy however. The corn on the side was avg, bland. We also got beef noodle soup. The beef was pretty tender n noodle was firm. Most importantly the soup was savory. Definitely one of the better ones compared to other places. Sauteed pork kidney was delicious. The umami flavor was there. The texture was there, not too soft either. This was their best one. Lastly, we got the spicy pork intestines n blood. Tasted pretty good but too many intestines n not enough blood cubes. Overall, it was worth returning. If you pay cash, there's discounts.

My hubby and I always tend to pick Taiwanese food for dinner! I was yelping and All In Cafe came up. I actually wanted to try this place when it was located in Temple City but now they have relocated to Rowland Heights. All In Cafe is located in the Stater Bros plaza. There is parking and this place doesn't have a sign up yet. I ended up ordering two orders of the fried pork chop rice. They do come with braised pork chop if you don't want fried. The rice order came with two type of veggies, a piece of tofu, and half a boiled egg. The veggies were okay, tofu and egg has more flavors, and the star was the fried pork chop. It was fried golden and the pork wasn't too dry. It was a good pork chop dish. The service was good. The ladies were super nice. Overall, if you're cravings for some good Taiwanese food come check this place out.

Located in the Stator Bros shopping center just off of Colima and Fairway. May be hard to find the restaurant since I didn't see an outdoor sign when I went at night. A family run type of restaurant. The servers were very friendly and welcoming. We ordered the pork chop rice and braised pork belly rice. Both were very good and nice portion sized. We also got a couple of drinks. The drinks seems a bit light in sweetness. I don't mind since I don't like my drinks too sugary, but I could see how others may think they're not sweet enough. Overall, a nice place if you're in the mood for Taiwanese food and snacks.

Really good authentic Taiwan flavors! I had bookmarked this place when they first opened in temple city, so I was surprised to see them move to Rowland already! Due to the move, they did extend the menu. The restaurant is a bit tight with only a handful of tables. I ordered the chicken cutlet rice and loved it!! The chicken cutlet was so juicy and crispy, it definitely reminded me of Taiwan. My mom ordered the sesame noodle and was so excited to try it, but was a bit disappointed as it was lacking. She said the noodles were undercooked, the sauce was light on flavor, and it needed sliced cucumber or something to complete the dish. The kidney in wine and sesame oil was delicious, and extremely tender. I haven't had that dish in a couple years so I enjoyed it. It is a bit expensive for Taiwanese food, but id come back to try more!

We visited All In Cafe for Sunday lunch. The main reason for our visit was to find out whether this new restaurant is still owned by the same team behind The Chef's Kitchen, which previously occupied this spot. We loved the Taiwanese dishes from The Chef's Kitchen, so we were curious. The good news -- according to one of the waiters -- is that the chef is still the same! We tried the following dishes: Spicy Pork Intestine with Tofu and Blood ($18.95) - Very good. Boiled Vegetables ($9.95) - Simple and tasty. Pork Cutlet Rice ($15.95) - Nicely done and satisfying. Four-Herb Soup ($14.95) - Great flavor and very comforting. The service was good, and I'll definitely return to try more dishes!

Wanted pork chop rice and tried this place for the first time. Got the pork chop rice plate and braised pork plate. Overall it's solid. The portions were good, the braised pork was tender, and the pork chop had a nice crust. Also had the green milk tea and assam milk tea. Everything was pretty good, but it just misses the mark for me. I wanted just a little more flavor, a little more salt, and for the drinks, a little more sweet. I do want to come back and try the beef noodle soup because if a place can make that well, that's a good thing. Service was fine and its bigger on the inside than it looks from the outside. There's no signage except a poster on the window so you have to look for it. But it's clean and bright inside.
