I love this place very MATCHA! I ordered the Toast Flight! 10 outta 10 Also had the Banana Matcha Latte.. omg! I'm obsessed! There was a piece of banana brûlées on top as garnish and it was soo good. Also, 10 outta 10 Ordered a couple of other drinks for my daughter and niece. The staff was so nice and the place is cute for sure. Only regret is I'm only visiting so I won't be able to enjoy this more.

Glad to learn that there's a Matcha Magic in Redmond, a city I frequent. We were at the nearby Anderson Park, taking our dog on a walk and saw a lot of people outside the entrance of a retail space that was in an apartment building. Thus, we come to Matcha Magic. I've been to the one in Bellevue on Old Main, which I like. I like the drinks here, especially the different recipes. Is it my favorite matcha? No. And that is the case for my experience in Redmond as I tried the hojicha, which I personally like better than matcha, and it was good here, but not my favorite. I ordered the hojicha latte after seeing they serve different hojicha drinks, which didn't take long to get. The hojicha was fine, but could've been way stronger, with that roasted, bold flavor that hojicha is known for. Matcha Magic is not where to get hojicha if you like yours super strong like in Japan. However, the drink was still good with the oat milk. I likely would just stick to a matcha drink with some of their fun flavors, like the black sesame or earl grey one. Or one of their smoothies, which looked refreshing, especially for the summer. This location is great, with the open windows that look out to the park, baby pink aesthetics and a menu that's worth exploring. If nearby and in need of a yummy drink, I'll visit Matcha Magic.

There's a cute vibe inside. Music is light, upbeat & pop-y. There's ample light. The staff is nice and quick. The mango sticky rice matcha has real mango in it. But it doesn't give "sticky rice" as much as mango. Still a nice matcha drink though.

The Purple Rain drink is so good! It's the only place that combines both Ube and Lavender so beautifully with the matcha cold foam on top. It's my go-to drink here! I also like the Toasted Marshmallow drink that comes with a toasted marshmallow on top. Women owned business, very cute interior, nice service, in a beautiful location. Love that this location is walkable from the Redmond downtown station as well, and I can see them getting pretty busy as foot traffic from the train increases.

PHENOMENAL matcha! Truly one of the best I've ever had! Came into Matcha Magic with a friend and got to try their classic Matcha Latte. It was perfectly semi-sweet, earthy, and had a good matcha to milk ratio. The service was decent for such a packed crowd - very nice to see the staff take their time to craft each drink in front of you. The ambiance is beautiful! With the half-inside half-outside storefront, it provides such a nice environment to catch up with a friend or get some work done. Will 100% be back!

This was a very tasty and refreshing matcha latte where the drinks were not overly sweet and still had the slightly bitter matcha taste. I personally liked the strawberry flavor the best as the slight fruity flavor complemented the match flavor. They hand whisk their matcha and make sure it's not grainy at all. I was happily surprised by how good they were!

I loved my ube matcha latte!! The ube and matcha flavors go really well together, matcha quality is really good and the sweetness was just right! We ended up ordering the OG Matcha magic Matcha and a sacrilegious Matcha banana smoothie, which didn't have any Matcha. Both drinks were delicious and surprisingly not too sweet, which is perfect. I also love it when a shop goes all out with the decoration in this place. It definitely takes the wind out of the sails of other Matcha shops that don't really do much when it comes to the indoor environments. We've been waiting for a good matcha spot to open, finally! We had the horchata matcha and the regular matcha latte. Both were so good but our favorite was the horchata matcha. The vibes are so cute, aesthetically pleasing. Officially our new matcha spot! The employees were also very friendly and the service was great. Me and my daughter love matcha and are always looking for new matcha places to try. We came upon Matcha magic when we were on a trip to Seattle, and enjoyed it very much. It's just a brief walk from the Marymoor Village light rail station, so you can hop on in downtown Redmond, ride 2 minutes, walk 2 minutes, and you are there .

It's easily twice the size of the Redmond or Kirkland locations, so it feels much more spacious and comfortable. I asked for a refund since I had to leave, but they accidentally charged my card a second time instead. Eventually, another employee tried to process the refund and told me to check my card in a couple of days. This isn't about $6--it's about poor customer service, lack of training, and no accountability. Mercury Coffee used to be much better. I hope management addresses these issues.

Mango Ice Tea, $6.75 - 3.5 Stars This is more of a mango drink with some tea taste - very fruity tea. Pandan Bubble Waffle, $7 - 4 Stars I came the second time mostly for this waffle. Served with whip cream and toasted coconut flake, the cashier looked at me like I grew an extra eye when I said whip cream only, no coconut. She literally didn't know how to respond to me. I am guessing they pre-pack the cream with the coconut already in it, and she didn't have time to pack another one. She handed us the bag with what we didn't want and left. I should lower the rating more, but I do like this waffle.
