Love this location. Super easy parking nearby a dollar tree and grocery outlet which I love and find convenient. Store is clean and nice. Staff is young but extremely kind, friendly, and hard working. Stopped by for a boba taro milk tea and it was perfect! Boba quality was great and drink was tasty. Some locations are inconsistent or have poor boba quality but Kirkland boba lust location has great boba. I enjoyed my experience and would return! :) read more

I don't truly lust after Boba but I do like a good boba or mile tea. I got a mango peach something with peach jellies. It was delicious, not too sweet, but had a gritty grainy texture. Inside seemed vast and sparse. Better to take the drink and go. The boba barista was great with helping me choose my treat, it can be so hard to choose only one. read more

I absolutely love this place and would highly recommend it! The atmosphere is bright, fun, and spacious! They have a huge selection of games to choose from (must ask the front) and their drinks have a wide variety. I got their Lychee Green Tea with Boba and it's so good! All of the locations are so cute! This one is hidden in a small shopping center but is still cute. We've been to BobaLust a few times and the Lychee Bomb is definitely the go to 5/5 I tried the Strawberry Seduction Smoothie today. I would definitely not label it a smoothie, definitely more of a milkshake texture. This was okay, I didn't love the strawberry base flavor as it tasted a little too artificial but the strawberry bits are always yummy 2.5/5 read more

I wish I had discovered this place earlier, Darn! The vibe is simply amazing, the service is excellent, they play some great music and provide some great selection of fun games to enjoy. We ordered: 1) MANGO MILK TEA: The mango milk tea with boba and mango jelly offers a delightful combination of flavors and textures. Overall, it's a delicious and satisfying beverage. 2) STRAWBERRY SEDUCTION: This smoothie has the perfect balance of the classic sweetness of vanilla with the vibrant, fruity notes of strawberry. This drink is sure to please anyone. What else could you ask for? read more

The place has great ambience, friendly staff. We came on Monday afternoon during the holidays, it was empty! Our drinks got served immediately, they have a great selection of fruity drinks. We got the star girl tea and it was pretty good. The place started filling up after we came. There were also cute plushies! Overall it was a good boba shop. read more

BobaLust had really great boba. I ordered a Lychee green tea, 0% sweet and loved it. Any additional sweet would have been too much as it was quite sweet on its own. The service was friendly and prompt, and the seating very plentiful. We sipped our teas quickly and then headed out to grab a bite. I will definitely be coming back to BobaLust! read more

I'm a classic OG boba person who defaults to 25% sweet light ice -- the counter guy suggested no sweet (and have the boba balls carry the sweetness of the tea) and it was the perfect rec. Also the space is fun and welcoming, great community space they created! Visiting from Tahoe by way of NYC and SF (and Taiwan) - great spot, great tea, lucky for Bellevue folks! read more

I ordered the OG milk tea with boba. While the service was quick and I did finish the drink, I didn't love it. The milk tea had a powdery taste, and I'm not sure if they use real or powdered milk. If I were to return, I'd likely skip the milk tea and try one of their fruit teas instead. That being said, I most likely wouldn't return and would try somewhere else instead. read more

My favorite place to get my classic black milk tea. The tapioca is amazing, specifically the honey boba. This establishment is always consistent with the flavor and service for the customers which I thoroughly appreciate. It is also nice that it is open pretty late, perfect for a late night craving. I don't really stay in the store, I just order and leave (quick service!), but it seems like a nice place to hang out with friends; I've even seen some people study here, so maybe that is something to consider. read more

Delicious drinks. Yummy, soft boba. Great service. Would definitely come back. We tried a variety of drinks from milk teas to smoothies and everything was so good! Lots of love for BobaLust! This is now one of my top places to grab a tea. They have several unique signature teas, smoothies and slushies, most of which include fruit bits or jelly. I love the names... Legend of Momo, Lychee Bomb and Cuddles on the Beach all sounded delicious to me. If you want a more traditional drink, you can select from their menu of milk teas and original teas. Two employees managed ordering and crafting the drinks. The employee we spoke with was knowledgeable about the menu and had such a cheerful attitude which we appreciated. Since we inquired about the sweetness levels of our drinks, he offered samples of them at 0% sugar so that we could let him know if we wanted more sweetener. Surprisingly at 0%, our teas were bursting with fruit flavor and we didn't see a need to alter them. It was very generous of him to provide the samples and is something that makes BobaLust stand out amongst its competitors. I got their specialty STARGIRL ($6), which was a shaken raspberry peach green tea with mango bits (jelly). This was SO refreshing with bright fruitiness and juiciness from the mango bits! Additionally, they perfectly executed my request for light ice. I enjoyed every sip. At any other shop, I typically would have ordered boba, but I didn't miss it at all with this drink. I also couldn't help but notice that some of the mango bits were cut into star shapes - what a cute detail! My companion enjoyed an ORIGINAL LYCHEE BLACK TEA ($5) with boba (+$0.75). She said it had a strong lychee flavor and the boba was nice and firm as opposed to being soft. Their teas are on the more fruity side and dominate the actual flavor of the tea, but I didn't mind too much since I was more than happy with my drink. I'd definitely stop by whenever I'm in the area to try more of their signature creations. read more

I LOVE IT OMG!!!it's the boba place that I go to, I recommend the blue lagoon, I LOVE THE STARS

6 stars!!!! I've been in several boba and so far this is my favorite: Flavors wise The friendliness The place is clean It's fun! I felt safe (lovely neighborhood) We definitely will come back to play board games and enjoy the milk tea. I'd say summer time is the best time. There's a lot of parking spots. Since it was our first time here, we went through the menu, mainly they have slushies, smoothies, milk teas. The original milk tea is out of this world!!! The cherry on top was when I placed my order they helped me with the level of sweetness. They delivered an amazing Blushing Dragon!! For the Pokémon lovers, take a look to their furry decorations. PS: next to BobaLust there are other stores conveniently close (Barthel, grocery outlet, ACE, gyms) read more

I'm a big fan of the fruit tea drinks they make here. Especially the ones with little peach bits. They are definitely on the sweeter side, so I recommend less sugar. This location is usually not packed, but it also seems like there's usually only 1 worker doing orders and drinks so it can take a long time to get a drink even if there's only one or two people ahead of you. Once there were a few people who ordered ahead of me so I placed an order and did a whole grocery store nearby, and when I came back the drink still wasn't ready. I still think it's worth it to get a drink from here. Just maybe not if you're in a rush. My other complaint is that they don't open until 1pm, so I can't ever get a drink with my lunch. read more

Specious seating area with board games to borrow while hanging out is definitely a highlight. *OG Milk Tea with boba. Flavor was fine, not on my top 3 for flavors. Boba was not fresh, was a little firm, as if they were from day before and not heated up enough. *Blue Lagoon- a hit with the kids. *Strawberry Lychee Slushi- I love the flavor combo, refreshing. It's pretty much syrup in slushee form with bits of lychee and strawberry. * Macaroon with various flavor. Service: girl serving was young and neutral. Not usual chipper service. Parking: plenty! Value- fair. Recommend: no objections! It's quite close and convenient to my final destination that day. I would not drive out of my way for it. read more

Drinks tend to be sweet if ordering "regular" so adjust your sugar levels! Otherwise great fruit flavors and tapioca boba texture 5/5 Raspberry peach was super refreshing. Was advised it's already sweet so did 0% additional sugar. This was delicious 4/5 the blue curaçao lychee was pretty good but it kept reminding me of a non alcoholic AMF cocktail. Similarly with existing syrups did 0% additional sugar Cute place to hang out and meet friends. There are free board games to borrow and cute Pokémon plushies for decor read more

People here are super sweet and friendly! There's also games available behind the counter to play. Drinks- They do not have any hot versions of their drinks. We forgot to mention sweetness level, so both were really really sweet. Looks like other teas like thai green tea are particularly popular here, will have to try that next. Mostly standard ingredients with fun marketing on the names. - Lychee Bomb: Pretty classic strawberry and lychee pairing, pretty standard. - Sunburst: this one tasted particularly artificial, and somehow the peach didn't pair well with the rest of the ingredients. read more

I purchased the blue lagoon teas for my kids. I got to try the Thai green milk tea for the event. Love that you can borrow games here. Lots of tables to spread out and spend some time here. Feels very clean. Easy parking in a strip mall area. Close to many shops and a mile from Grass Lawn Park where we went after to play. The staff are very friendly, kind and helpful in making suggestions. They have some unique flavors that I haven't seen anywhere else. We enjoyed everything! We also got a sample of the strawberry seduction smoothie, which is one of the most popular drinks they have, and it was very good! Good to note they don't have food. My favorite boba shop hands down. Every item I've tried so far is addicting as I'm trying to make my way through the entire menu. There's a lot of variety (including toppings) for everyone and it does stand out from most basic boba places. My personal favorites are the OG Milk Tea and Orange Dreamsicle. Some drinks can be on the sweet side especially those with the jelly, so cut back on in a bit while ordering. Service has always been super courteous at each of my visits, even during times when the lines are stretching towards the door. They even once offered to make me a small sample to make sure it wasn't too sweet. They definitely deserve the business. read more

BobaLust to me specializes more in their fruity drinks. The boba is fine, but nothing special. Drinks here are also super sweet in comparison to your standard spots, so if you're used to other places, definitely adjust your sugar levels. BobaLust has the friendliest employees of all boba spots, I swear, so definitely feel free to ask questions and ask for recommendations. They also use crunchy ice in their drinks so that can be a pro. Some ice pieces are small enough to fit through your straw so there's another added layer of texture and crunch, almost a free topping. Though chewing ice isn't for everyone. Love that all toppings are 50 cents including crystal boba unlike other places. Drinks are definitely comparable in price to your average chain, so they're on the cheaper side when you consider all boba spots (as many of the newer or non-chains tend to be pricier). Jasmine Milk Tea with Boba - smooth, creamy milk tea that doesn't have as strong of a tea flavor. Extremely sweet, however. Boba was alright, pretty chewy but lacked flavor. Purple Galaxy (taro oreo) - the classic taroreo ice blend you can find at other boba spots. Super sweet and chocolatey while maintaining that taro taste. Blushing Dragon - monthly rotation for September. Contained mango and strawberry bits and some jelly. got 0% sugar and it was like juice, super sweet but not overwhelming. read more

Excellent spot for boba. Loads of choices and amazing service for newbie boba drinkers. Christmas decorations still up which I found charming because I don't have to clean it. The mango slushy had tons of mango chunks and the perfect amount of tajin. Sweet & spicy at the same time. The other tea was the perfect amount of green matcha tea and a yummy special boba crystals that lasted until the next morning. How sweet do you want it? They ask and I chose full sweetness for both drinks. Loads of seating and plenty of parking. Great place. If I'm in the area again I'll be sure to stop by. read more

I love the lychee sushi. It's sooooooo good. They also have some board games to play there

I grew up in Bridle Trails, just minutes from this location of Bobalust. I rarely have any reason to be back in that particular area so it was a fun treat to see how much that shopping center has changed, to now include a boba shop among endless other changes. The staff member that greeted was prepared to take my order and provided a lot of friendly guidance along the way. I explained that I have lately been into fruity/citrusy drinks that are more on the tart side with a nice strong tea flavor. While they didn't have a lemon/citrus tea drink, I was suggested a drink off the secret menu with passionfruit, mango, and lychee. I went with the lowest sweetness option with light ice with mango and tapioca pearls as toppings. I was given the opportunity to sample my drink before it was served, giving me the option to opt for less sweetness (negative sweetness as it was called it). This was a really unique offer, I wish more shops gave you a sample to make last second adjustments if needed! I also love that the chewy slushy ice cubes they use- adds a great texture to the drink! I really enjoyed my drink and the experience, I will definitely stop in to try other drinks very soon. Cheers! read more

Came here for book club. We chose this place specifically because they have great variety of seating. A lot of the boba places in the area either have standing/bar seating or only up to 4. BobaLust is fairly new, located in the same plaza as Tech Bowl and Grocery Outlet. It's right next to Bartell drug's. The outside looks a bit dark, but they're there! BobaLust is a mini local chain with 5 stores. This Kirkland location is its newest. The pricing is straight forward. Signature items are $5.50 with tax included. The "normal" items are $4.50 also tax included. Additional toppings are $0.50. The staff was very nice. After he gave me my drinks, he asked me to try them for sweetness and remade one of my drinks for me. Thanks for that! They should ask when I am ordering though. Orange Dreamsicle - A blended drink with vanilla and orange and rainbow jelly This is a smoothie so it's milk based (I didn't ask if it's diary or non-diary milk though). I recommend giving it a hard shake to float the rainbow jelly into the blended drink. If you're a fan of orange dreamiscle, this is a worthy drink. Lychee Bomb - A blended drink with lychee jelly and strawberry bits This is a slushie so it's dairy free. He remade this one at 50% sweetness for me. As I continue to drink this at home, it was still too much sugar water for me. Oh dear. I gave up and stuck it into the freezer halfway though to consume more sugar another day. It's ok, just not for me. read more

Good evening! Or should I say, good eevee-ning :) I've ordered many drinks here and I'd say the signature drinks are where Bobalust shines. Not many boba shops have unique flavors like the Purple Galaxy and Chococat (chocolate slush infused with raspberry oreo). The Purple Galaxy is my personal favorite. You could say the combination of taro and Oreo is "out of this world". Overall, most drinks are decently sweet, even at 50%.
