I love this place very MATCHA! I ordered the Toast Flight! 10 outta 10 Also had the Banana Matcha Latte.. omg! I'm obsessed! There was a piece of banana brûlées on top as garnish and it was soo good. Also, 10 outta 10 Ordered a couple of other drinks for my daughter and niece. The staff was so nice and the place is cute for sure. Only regret is I'm only visiting so I won't be able to enjoy this more.

Glad to learn that there's a Matcha Magic in Redmond, a city I frequent. We were at the nearby Anderson Park, taking our dog on a walk and saw a lot of people outside the entrance of a retail space that was in an apartment building. Thus, we come to Matcha Magic. I've been to the one in Bellevue on Old Main, which I like. I like the drinks here, especially the different recipes. Is it my favorite matcha? No. And that is the case for my experience in Redmond as I tried the hojicha, which I personally like better than matcha, and it was good here, but not my favorite. I ordered the hojicha latte after seeing they serve different hojicha drinks, which didn't take long to get. The hojicha was fine, but could've been way stronger, with that roasted, bold flavor that hojicha is known for. Matcha Magic is not where to get hojicha if you like yours super strong like in Japan. However, the drink was still good with the oat milk. I likely would just stick to a matcha drink with some of their fun flavors, like the black sesame or earl grey one. Or one of their smoothies, which looked refreshing, especially for the summer. This location is great, with the open windows that look out to the park, baby pink aesthetics and a menu that's worth exploring. If nearby and in need of a yummy drink, I'll visit Matcha Magic.

There's a cute vibe inside. Music is light, upbeat & pop-y. There's ample light. The staff is nice and quick. The mango sticky rice matcha has real mango in it. But it doesn't give "sticky rice" as much as mango. Still a nice matcha drink though.

The Purple Rain drink is so good! It's the only place that combines both Ube and Lavender so beautifully with the matcha cold foam on top. It's my go-to drink here! I also like the Toasted Marshmallow drink that comes with a toasted marshmallow on top. Women owned business, very cute interior, nice service, in a beautiful location. Love that this location is walkable from the Redmond downtown station as well, and I can see them getting pretty busy as foot traffic from the train increases.

PHENOMENAL matcha! Truly one of the best I've ever had! Came into Matcha Magic with a friend and got to try their classic Matcha Latte. It was perfectly semi-sweet, earthy, and had a good matcha to milk ratio. The service was decent for such a packed crowd - very nice to see the staff take their time to craft each drink in front of you. The ambiance is beautiful! With the half-inside half-outside storefront, it provides such a nice environment to catch up with a friend or get some work done. Will 100% be back!

This was a very tasty and refreshing matcha latte where the drinks were not overly sweet and still had the slightly bitter matcha taste. I personally liked the strawberry flavor the best as the slight fruity flavor complemented the match flavor. They hand whisk their matcha and make sure it's not grainy at all. I was happily surprised by how good they were!

I loved my ube matcha latte!! The ube and matcha flavors go really well together, matcha quality is really good and the sweetness was just right! First time visiting the Redmond location. We arrived at 4pm. We tried to order the toast flight but the cashier was insisting that we had to do 3 separate orders. So we just ended up getting 2 different toasts. Not sure if she even knows that there was the toast flight option. We ordered 2 matcha drinks, the drinks were ok. Also, looked like they wanted to close early which clearly stated on the front door that they close at 5pm but was already ready to close at 4:30pm. It's just a brief walk from the Marymoor Village light rail station, so you can hop on in downtown Redmond, ride 2 minutes, walk 2 minutes, and you are there .

I ordered it and then I went to the self service kiosk and saw that it came with condensed milk as well... I ended up asking the lady to switch it to honey instead which they did. The smoothie was ok, it was a little too liquidy for it to be a smoothie in my opinion but my kids love it so it's all good. I also got some mini chicken cones and that was standard. Price was a little high imo. The size of the smoothie was small for $9. Overall, it was ok, nothing special.

It was shocking to see an employee make up a story in his head about a customer's cognitive abilities rather than simply communicating with her respectfully. We were greeted with an incredibly rude and condescending attitude. I have been to the UK at least 30 times, and nothing about the service or atmosphere here felt remotely British. This was an extremely disappointing and offensive experience.

I was there for over 2 hours and they ran out of metal spoons and paper napkins by the time I went to order a second drink (about an hour in). Aside from this detail, they offer a great third space for folks to hang out in. I saw groups of friends, families, and co-working people come through, and everyone seemed to enjoy their visit.

The staff are super patient, and will let you sample multiple flavors before making a choice. Really glad to have a location closer to home so that I don't have to keep making the trip to Kirkland anymore (though the Totem Lake location is pretty nice too).

This is the largest Mercury's Coffee location in Washington. I've been to the Kirkland location, which is drive-thru only, but this café offers a completely different experience. A fun fact is that Mercury's headquarters is located right next door to this location. One of my favorite things is that many of their pastries are made fresh in-house, and you can actually watch the staff preparing them. Their croissants are always a great choice, and I also highly recommend their breakfast sandwiches. They even serve pizza if you're looking for something more filling. When it comes to drinks, Mercury's has some of my favorite organic coffee beverages. The Caramel Macchiato is my go-to and one of the best drinks on the menu. The café has plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, making it a great place to meet up with friends, study, or get some work done. It's easily twice the size of the Redmond or Kirkland locations, so it feels much more spacious and comfortable. The staff are always friendly, the atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the overall experience is consistently excellent. If you're in Bellevue and looking for a great local coffee shop with delicious food, fresh pastries, and plenty of space to relax, I would definitely recommend stopping by this Mercury's location.

When it was finally my turn, I ordered one coffee, but although my card was charged, my order was never entered into the system. After waiting 10 minutes while several customers who ordered after me received their drinks, I went back to ask about it. Instead of apologizing, the cashier was rude and argumentative. I asked for a refund since I had to leave, but they accidentally charged my card a second time instead. Eventually, another employee tried to process the refund and told me to check my card in a couple of days. This isn't about $6--it's about poor customer service, lack of training, and no accountability. Mercury Coffee used to be much better. I hope management addresses these issues.
