I am also posting my review here as I think the owner is simply deleting poor reviews on Google. I came in here the other day and an employee (male) was visibly intoxicated. The other employees were trying to steer him away from customer view but it was clear as day, the man was obviously under the influence. He couldn't stand, walk, talk, or function in any way. I felt really bad for the other employees who were having to mommy him. It made for a disturbing atmosphere; I ended up just leaving. read more

This place is awesome. Jackie is the best. She helps me pick the tiles which usually takes me weeks to decide but with her help it seriously is minutes. Go here and ask for her. Staff is friendly and everyone is so helpful! I drive 45 minutes to come her to get there stuff and it's worth it! read more

Finding Master Wholesale was like finding a diamond in the rough. We are avid DIY'ers and discovered them when we signed up to attend a training class they hosted for installing Wedi board (Wedi, while also extremely awesome is a whole different story). First, Master Wholesale's prices on what we were looking for were AMAZING. Wedi kits cost nearly HALF what they cost at the big box stores, and more importantly (for us) they carry a LOT of Wedi in stock. We saved so much money buying the basics here: from the Wedi kit to the thinset for tiling. (Can't speak to the tile prices, we got our tile elsewhere). They cater mostly to contractors and I believe they supply things to other retail stores as well. They were always very helpful and friendly to us lowly DIY'ers. Also important is their webpage is awesome and very easy to use. It has a full inventory of what they have in stock. They don't carry everything, which is why the stuff they do carry is such a great price. Just check out their website to see if they have what you are looking for. I am very inexperienced when it comes to tile projects, and they helped offer advice and point me to the right tools without overselling me on higher-end products. Worst customer service EVER! The ladies working at the front counters could barely answer any questions we had. There were no other associate's upstairs/downstairs/ANYWHERE to assist. The 'warehouse' was a joke and we could have grabbed all the supplies we needed in 5min compared to the 10-15min it took the warehouse to grab the items. Frankly they were rude. One guy was messing with a golf club while the other was walking around aimlessly.....WHILE 1 other warehouse associate was trying to locate our product. Yes the products may be cheaper but now I know why....... read more

A Flooring Specialty place. Everything you need for tile installing. They carry multiple brands of thinset so you can find what you really need for your job. I had a good experience here - I am a DIY weekend/warrior, not a professional contractor or anything. They carry Hydroment Products,which are harder to find and the price on the product I wanted (Ditra-set) was what I expected based on research - actually lower than their website price. Customer service was good too. Multiple people asked me if I needed help. Lots of local contractors were there early in the morning - definitely seems to cater to pros which I like. read more

Even though I'm based on the Eastside, I will often drive to Seattle to buy my materials and Masterheat radiant floor heating systems/RPM mats. Prices on tools and diamond blades can't be beat, and all of the employees are very helpful. Best of all they carry all the Laticrete products I prefer to use. read more

I have been going to MW for 4 years now for tile and tile specialty tools. Recently bought the Schluter system for our master bath. I cannot say enough positive things about this place. The best place around to buy tile, masonry, and Makita tools. Also has discount tile and installation products. They sell Carhartt clothes and work boots. Open to the public 7 days a week. Most of the time they have better pricing than you will find online. read more

I was looking for companies that have a floor heating products in stock in seattle I was coming up zero until homedepoy guy sent me to master wholesale. They had everything in stock electric in floor heating , wire , matt, slab heat, they even had hydronic radiant heat products in stock. Not only do they have stock they have employee that help me figure out what I needed for my job. And had free videoon how to install the in floor heating. I saved thousands of dollars on my in floor heating project. They also had very nice selection of ceramic tile at great price. That place is great! read more

This place is amazing. I ordered over the phone from Master Wholesale. I live in Florida and they are in Seattle. When I received the product it wasn't the color that I was expecting at all. I am not sure who was at fault in the ordering process, but I do know that it was taken care of with no hassle. The product was replaced quickly and with out any fuss. I've bought from and recommended this company for years and as of today have to give them the lowest rating that I can over their lack of customer support on Flex equipment. Maybe great for flooring materials but they have lost our account as of today and in my opinion, they really don't care. read more
