Stay away if you want good customer service! We are doing a master bath remodel and this looked like the right place to purchase everything we needed. I looked up here and saw that they are open Monday through Friday so drove down with my husband and young daughter. They have a sign on the door that it's by appointment only. This was not on their website or here. We call and after begging them they came to the door. She then tells us only 2 of us can come in...again nowhere does it say that on their website or Yelp. We explain that we can't leave a young child alone in a car and that both my husband and I have to make decisions together as we are likely spending tens of thousands on high end items including a Toto toilet. She was not at all apologetic and told us it said it on the top of their website. If they are this rude and inconsiderate when they are trying to get our business I can only imagine once they have our money and something isn't right. read more

Cannot recommend this place to anyone who needs customer service. They have a good showroom with a lot of product but thats about it. They have high end items but nothing you can't buy from web stores. They don't carry the European line I was looking for, but there are alternatives. Unprofessional when we found out too late that they hadn't placed half our order, they pretty much don't care about you and clearly don't need your business. Abbrio - I understand the cookie cutter reply to the review. It actually goes a lot deeper than your response that all future customers need to be aware of when working with your company. At no point did I ever have issues with time frame of shipping and I understand delays. The issues were customer service. 1. At no point was I notified that my product would not be sent to my house that I could have to go to warehouse to pick up. I found that out on my own. I was provided a tracking number after I requested one. I had to call delivery company and find out where it was being ship to the day it was supposed to arrive. Then I was told it was delivered and had to make a second trip to the store which was an hour away. Then I show up to find out it was two packages and only one arrived. The grate that sits at bottom of sink is what arrived not even the sink. So I had to stop my install that was scheduled for that day. To even back it up further, I said I would not purchase the sink unless it arrived by my install date. Jen called the warehouse and they said it was in stock and they could ship in next 5-10 business days. So I gave the clear to purchase because I was assured it would be here before my 3 week install. Next, I called 5 days before install because no one had called me and I was told it would arrive before my scheduled install and gave me tracking number. I was told it was ordered and would arrive within two days and your company provided cost to expedite. So that tells me Jen never put it order and you guys scrambled to place order. Next the sink was held at customs 5 days after it was supposed to arrive, but again I had to call to get status. Then get to my faucet, I was told it would arrive on the 2nd so I took day off and waited. I called to find out it was delayed to 7th. So for a simple sink and faucet it took months and never once was I called or notified. I was told things would arrive and I took days off of work and showed up only to be told my stuff wasn't coming. I had to pay extra money and turn people away along with going wo running water for months. Back to my order, I asked for a sink and faucet. I didn't asked for extras. The rep I worked with told me she had a meeting and would take my card information and charge it when she submitted the order. Later I found out I was getting extras like the sink grate wo me knowing which added to the overall price. To have an owner call me after I was frustrated and tell me I need to understand there is a delay and nothing you can do was unacceptable. I stated I wanted to be compensated for days off taken, multiple drives to store, lack of communication, and me being charged to reschedule. He said well I don't want you as a customer and we will refund you your money. Not very customer centric in my eyes. It was a simple sink and faucet that came with headache and horrible customer service. Whatever values your company sticks by completely went out window and it shows after reading other reviews from unsatisfied customers. So bottom line is your company should review values, improve customer service, communicate delays, and be open to feedback. I could have gone to Home Depot or Amazon and had better experience at cheaper cost. I expected that I was paying extra for good product and customer experience and never received. I would not recommend putting effort in future in local business that can't provide better service. read more

This was by far the best showroom we saw in months of trawling. Although we didn't have an appointment, we emailed in advance, and received a very prompt response explaining what they do/do not hold in stock. We needed to pick up a shower unit at short notice, and Brynn was able to succintly explain the various options, and really listened to our needs in terms of product and pricing. I found the selection and display to be pretty comprehensive (we found exactly what we wanted for our small-ish bathroom remodel, but there's a great range from super-high end to more affordable fixtures, etc). Brynn actually took the time to explain why some models cost more than others, and was clearly very knowledgable about the products, and pricing. Didn't feel at all like she was trying to SELL us anything, just that she eanted to HELP. We bought the shower and walked away with it, pleased with the quality and the price. We returned later in the week to pick up a toilet unit (again, excellent seleciton and the price points were really very good) and if I have any other needs this will be my first stop. Honestly, I hate the whole 'redesign a room' process. This showroom, and Brynn, made it better than bearable, for me, which is the highest praise I could give. read more

Yes, they have a pretty showroom, but the customer service is unreliable. I bought a Grohe showerhead from Abbrio which broke after only one year. I emailed and left a voicemail to ask about the warranty and a possible replacement but I never heard a word from the sales representative. I understand if the warranty was not longer valid but I was surprised and disappointed by the lack of response since the rep had been helpful when we originally purchased items for our bathroom. I might be tempted to skip Abbrio and purchase from Home Depot or Amazon as they have many of the same items for less money. read more

Kim at Abbrio helped me get a warranty replacement for a defective Moen shower handle. I don't think I even bought the original piece from Abbrio, so there was no reason for her to help out, she could just direct me to the Moen customer support people. Instead, she basically did everything on my behalf, and I got my replacement handle in the mail a few weeks later. This is above and beyond customer service, and I'll definitely keep that in mind for my future kitchen & bath needs. read more

I looked up "bath fixtures" on the Internet, thinking I would find some place that had a Kohler showroom. What did I know? Abbrio came up and they were close to where I worked, so I decided to drop in and see what they had. Turns out they don't represent Kohler but they DO represent a huge selection of high quality providers. It's pretty intimidating to try and walk around the showroom by yourself. You don't REALLY know what you want. So after meeting Kim Koontz and discussing our needs, we made an appointment to get down to the details. Kim strongly believes that the products you can buy at the big box home improvement stores are much lower quality (even with the big brand names) in the insides - the pieces you want to last. I also discovered that you can't just see something on the display wall and say "I'll take one of those!" You really have to sit down and pay attention to your specific needs and dimensions. Kim spends a lot of time paging through the catalogues and making sketches of how things work and go together. We selected quite a few items without even realizing that we would get a discount on the retail prices. Fast forward. We LOVE everything that Kim helped us choose and it all fit and worked beautifully in our remodeled bathrooms. I highly recommend Abbrio and try to request Kim when you make an appointment. read more

I recently purchased some bathroom fixtures, they were super efficient and found me a quality in stock item and the product was amazing! Had to call back for one more item and it was 5 on a Friday when I called, not realizing they closed at 5. Kat answered and was polite and I told her I could call back when they are open again and she was super helpful and ordered my product right away without hesitation though I could tell she had to restart her computer, now that is customer service! As members of the commercial construction industry we were drawn to Abbrio's statement that "Our mission is to provide our trade and retail customers with professional showroom specification service & sales of luxury residential plumbing products." We also noted that " . . .supplier of luxury, high-end decorative fixtures, faucets and supplies. We offer numerous ready to ship inventories of brand named merchandise, highly trained professional personnel, same day shipping and competitive rates." They have cool stuff for sure. But don't hold your breath if you're expecting decent service. Their ability to ship inventory on a timely basis, their claims to the contrary, is extremely poor. When we purchased our products there no mention was made that we could expect a 3 month lag time. Had we known this we would have purchased something else or gone elsewhere. We called repeatedly for a delivery update only to be eventually informed that the product was not even in the US and had to be made and shipped from Europe. Of course no mention was made of this during the discussions with their "professional team." Any of our concerns or suggestions to alternative solutions were casually dismissed. Further, we can't count on them to reach out to us for updates; we must continually call and attempt to pry information out of them. High end luxury products? Yes. The service to match this? not so much. Get ready for disappointment and lots of omission of fact. These folks just don't really do their homework in times of production and delivery schedules and make it a point to not inform the customer, trade or otherwise. read more

I came here to get some hands-on information about kitchen faucet options after my faucet at home broke. It is a beautiful showroom and they carry a lot of fine brands. When I arrived, I was asked by the front desk person what I wanted and then pointed toward the back corner of the store where the kitchen faucets are displayed. I was, as far as I could tell, the only person in the store. I looked around for about 15 min. When no one appeared to help me or answer questions, I headed out towards the front of the store. As I was leaving, one of the employees appeared and asked if I had any questions. "Yes, actually, there is a faucet here that I liked but could not find the brand information..." She walked back with me and gave me the information, and then followed up asking about what type of product I was interested in. We discussed several faucets. She then pointed out a beautiful, clearly very high-end example of exactly what my dream-self might want. I said laughingly, "Lovely, but I expect that is a $1000+ faucet and I need to spend a bit less." The woman then proceeded to tell me that several of the faucets I liked were "at least in the $800 range" and that I had "champagne tastes on a beer budget." Nice. As if a fixture costing under $800 is somehow cheap and and that I was clearly shopping "above my level." Well, I can tell you this. I am willing to spend good money for a quality faucet, but not here. And I won't recommend this store to anyone in the future. I thought this level of snooty was long gone in Seattle (where it can be hard to discern the millionaires from the common folk). Apparently, it's still alive and well at Abbrio. read more
