Before he came out, he spoke to me over the phone and gave me a few tips to see if the leak underneath our washer would stop. I followed his instruction and water still came out from underneath our 15 year old washer. I texted him back and he was able to come out the second day. He found the cause of the leakage and fixed it, gave me a lot of great advice such as how to maintain the washer. Since our space was tight, I was not with him all the time when he was replacing the part and moving the washer/dryer out.
