I think a lot of people who are less experienced than Fred might have given up or would not have been able to complete the work. Fred is so creative and was able to come up with an elegant solution to each of the problems that came up during the job. He is very communicative and was clear at every step along the way. Because of these issues, the job took longer than expected but Fred made sure that it was completely correctly regardless! Not only that, he went above and beyond. He pointed out that the stop gap on my sink should face towards the sink in case of overflows, and even helped me out to take apart an ice machine bucket that I had been struggling with for weeks due to a stripped screw.
