The cover was missing, I tried for several weeks to find the right sized cover, worked with PSE (who were not helpful at all and then started threatening me that they were going to shut off my power). I told Tom of my situation, he was right on top of it. Sourced the new box, scheduled PSE for the power shut down from the vault and was here early to meet PSE within their 2 hour arrival window. While we were waiting for PSE to show up I pointed out a few issues and questions I had. One electrician who bid on my job said I needed to upgrade my panel to 200 amp. Tom showed me that my panel was already a 200 amp commercial grade and was good no new panel needed. He did noticed I had a faulty breaker in the panel box that wasn't tripping. He replaced the breaker, I also had him place new outlets in my kitchen for GFI requirements and a few outlets for USB plug ins I wanted installed and fix a couple that were incorrectly installed. Very pleasant guy, he had no problems doing the additional work while waiting on PSE team to show up. He also made a few recommendations for other light fixtures I had. I thought by the end of the day, I would have a whopping bill for all the incidental things I added to the original scope of work, to my surprise my invoice was very reasonable. I will definitely use Reilly's Electric again, his guy exceeded my expectations.

Do not hire this contractor. The owner/operator has poor time management skills, his arrogance and…read morelack of communication skills (after he was paid) barely gets him one star. We were told the panel replacement job would take 8-10 hrs. Lee never showed up on time to work (only on days he collected money). He would leave the job for random reasons used every excuse you could imagine why the work was not done or why he was late. He has mastered the art of making us, the homeowners feel like we were inconveniencing him. My wife or I took off each day to allow access to the property and it became a real inconvenience to our professional and personal schedules because of his time management skills. It took Lee 3+days to complete a job he bid at 8-10 hrs, working until midnight on a Friday before we asked him to leave. Here is the kicker. Lee scheduled the final inspection and he specifically told us that he would be on site for the inspection... Well, he was a NO call, NO show. His work FAILED inspection! He did not answer any calls from us or the inspector. When we finally got a hold of him the next morning, he was quite upset. Irritated that we would call him at 8am on a Friday ( he claimed it was his day off). He had the arrogance to be upset with us and tell us that the City Inspector had no clue about the codes and he had no idea what he was doing. So, Lee stated he would NOT return to the job and address the issue that did not pass inspection, unless we paid him an additional $400 to cover his time. We respectfully decline his offer. I sent Lee Palmore a text stating we would report him to L&I, the Contractors Board, the City and any other agency we could think of. Lee quickly called us back and quickly changed his tone. He offered to come over right away to do the correction at no cost. We also declined that offer. Our family's safety and peace of mind is too important to allow this type of person, one who lacks integrity, back into our home to do any type of work. We no longer trusted or believed in his business practices. Unfortunately, we had no choice but to hire another company, who charged us $500 to address the correction needed by the inspector. 24/7 Electric arrived early and finshed the work in 30 minutes. We passed! This was our personal experience with Palmore Electric, so take what you want from our review. A business license and a shiny work vehicle does not guaranty you honesty or integrity. Please proceed with caution and chose differently.

I agreed and he went to Home Depot to get one. He also recommended that i rebuild the water tank but i declined since that was working fine (no leaks). After putting it in and re-assembling the toilet, it looked ok. After a few hours, i noticed water leaking from the same general area as before. So i called him and told him that. Even sent him photos and a video of the leak. He would not agree that there could be a leak and blamed me for not doing what he asked to do....which was rebuild the water tank. I tried to reason with him saying that the water tank is not leaking. His response....verbatim..."that is not the point, the point is that you did not do what I asked you to do. This conversation is over". With that he hung up the phone and will not pick up my calls. I have asked someone else to come in and fix this mess. I would recommend stay away from this guy and any other guy who is not willing to stand by his work.

We ended up receiving two bids, one from the Guion Brothers and one from another company which was $600 less. Because of the glowing Facebook reviews and people recommending them on the Facebook's Snohomies page, we opted to go with the Guion Brothers even though it was so much more money. We made a mistake at this point, failing to notice that the contract did NOT specify a start or completion date. When I spoke with Shane Guion, he said that it was a small job for them and they "would fit it in no problem." We sent a deposit check ($1500) along with the signed contract on April 2nd and then heard nothing about it. We followed up and they indicated that they had received the check and ended up cashing it. We then asked twice when we should expect them to show up and do the job. The first time, we got no response. The second time we asked when to expect them, we were told "we're gonna have to squeeze it in because we're booked through summer right now" and "can't give you an exact date but we will take care of it in the next month or so." Although we were not in a rush, we were less than pleased to hear them being so vague on when they could get to our job. They said we could wait or they could refund us our deposit. We opted to get a refund since it seemed like our small $3K project wasn't a priority for them and we wanted our work done before the summer. They said the check would go out the next day (April 18th). A week later after receiving nothing, we asked again for an update and was told it was sent out the previous day. Having dealt with more than our share of contractors at this point in life, we told them that if we didn't receive our deposit by Friday (the 26th), we'd take further action. They responded with a snarky comment that "they're doing us a favor" because "we signed a contract and were breaking it." We did finally receive our refund, and now have to find another contractor to do the job after having wasted nearly a month trying to get them to do the job we paid for. If this is the type of customer service you expect to get from a contractor, then feel free and try it. We were so excited to go with someone so highly recommended even at the expense of paying a higher fee but our experience wasn't matched all the glowing reviews unfortunately.

After they were done, turns out the noise got worse, somehow, the noise feels as its more amplified, to the point where we had to move our entire bedroom, something to do with cutting into our RC channel to spray the insulation.
