Money and life savers!! That's the way I honestly feel about this company. I had recently moved into my very own apartment which I paid a hefty sum for and 3 months into living there I noticed that my Electric bill was OUTRAGEOUSLY high. Being new to the Seattle, I opted for word of mouth more so than flipping through a directory for Electrician services. My next door neighbor suggested this company he uses and trust to get the job done and correctly. It turns out that the fittings were all wrong, badly wired and was on the verge of being a major fire hazard. The company's Technician came in, explained patiently the matter at hand and got to work immediately. Faulty wiring was immediately removed and rewired to the correct fixture specifications. As I had taken the day off to be at home, he the Technician explained that having the correct fixtures and wattage makes all the difference in the amount of energy consumed and the risk of a house fire. He also further explained the signs I should look for that would suggest it was time for new light fixtures and an Electrical upgrade. I was also thankful that I didn't have to go to another dealer to get the correct lights I needed. The Technician brought along Compact Fluorescent bulbs and that saved me a lot of time shopping around. Some of the lights he even moved to a new location so as to get a better overall and visual effect. Places where I once used two lights just to illuminate one room, I now only use one perfectly placed light, to brighten dark areas of my apartment. This has definitely enhanced the way my place looks and my current Electric Bills. What I am most happy about is that this has been months and the lighting fixtures are holding up, and seem to be of very good quality. So from incandescent lights to energy conserving Fluorescent bulbs, a cheaper bill, and a lesson on avoiding Electrical fire hazards, I'd have to say that this company is one of high quality products, services and value for my money. What I also admired is the attention placed on cleanliness as the Technician actually cleaned up after he was through and replaced all my furniture in the exact order they were in. Well, I should have check yelp before calling these guys. two good points: 1. the electrician was in my house in less than 60 minutes. 2. the problem was fixed. And now for the bad. The electrician was 30 minutes in my house, the problem was in one of my outlets that needed to be replace - that's all. after the problem was discovered (10 minutes) - it took 2 minutes to replace the outlet. For this work, I was charged ~$360 (tax included). You probably say that I should have asked for a price quote and I surely did, but the lady who answered the phone said that they charge $89 for the service call and that money will go towards the work that should be done. It sounds a reasonable price for a service call. She also explained that only the electrician could identify the problem and that it could be anything. The electrician tried to sell me a complete replacement of all my electric system (5 years old), to buy a new furnace and a water heater tank, to replace all my outlets (17) for ~$1800 and to get a new toilet(!?) for FREE (I don't know how I wasn't tempted for this one :) To sum it all, the service was fast but extremely expensive for the work done and the time spent. OutToday.Com sent me a card in mail saying that it was time to service my furnace, and it turned out that I needed a new one. I didn't stop to tell them to wait for me to get a second opinion. He made it seem like I needed to get it that day for safety reasons. I did feel like I got a little pushed into it, because he scared me a little about the safety. I believe what he said, and he did the whole service before checking the safety, so he didn't walk through the door with the intent to sell me a new furnace, but at the same time he made it feel like it was very important to do it that day. It hasn't been cold, and I haven't had to turn it on, so I probably had time to get more information and estimates. They were all very nice. They did what they said they would do, and they gave me all the paperwork for rebates. They are very thorough; I just think I could have got a better price. read more

I called them this winter to come in and replace my ancient wall heater. They offered to come that very same day, however I had schedule conflicts so I arranged for them to come the next day. They showed up right on time and the technicians were very friendly. They were very knowledgeable when answering different questions my husband and I had. They got the job done in a timely manner and offered to take a look at the other wall heaters in the house. They are very affordable and an overall great company to use. I really enjoyed doing business with this company, they are very reasonable. They came out on a Sunday and diagnosed that my panel was overloaded, and it was due for a "upgrade", which was the reason when I plugged my vacuum cleaner into an outlet everything would shut off. At that time I was not interested in spending the money for a new panel, but the technician infromed me that they had financing available. Can we say "Hip Hip Horray!" I Knew I had good credit, so I agreed to the financing. All I can say is job well done! Called On January 3rd 2011 Had These Guys Come Out To My House And Replaced My Exhust Fan In My Upstairs Bathroom. The Technician Was Fast, & Very Knowledgable. He Even Looked At The Other Equipment In My House Such As My Water Heater Panel & Heat Pump. Gave Me Several Option To Upgrade Them To Higher Efficient Equipment.
