I really did intent on getting more than one bid for my latest home improvement project--insulating our external walls--but, as I clicked around Yelp trying to figure out which companies would be best to get bids from, HHL seemed to rise naturally to the top. The stellar reviews the company had were enough for me to click through to the company's website and then, comfortable with what I saw, I picked up the phone and gave them the first shot. I set up an appointment for the estimator to come out and when the day and time arrived, Mike was at my door. It took him probably a half hour to get all the measurements and a few days later, the bid arrived in the mail. I had no idea what to expect, but based upon the cost of insulating my attic years ago, I felt like the HHL estimate was totally within reason. And, as an added bonus, I qualified for a $400 Puget Sound Energy rebate, which HHL said they would administer for me. The day the work was supposed to take place Seattle got a light covering of snow and for some reason that was enough to disrupt the crew's schedule. It took until early afternoon to hear from Homberto that they weren't going to make it that day. I found this very odd. After all, the snow covering was quite light and schools weren't even delayed. But, Homberto was very apologetic so I was willing to give him the benefit of a doubt even though I had specifically worked from home that day to be around for the crew. I've wavered back and forth about whether to deduct a star from my review for this incident, but based upon the end work have decided to give HHL a full five stars. We reschedule for a few days later and when that time came the crew, Rohelio and Manuel were there on time and worked almost continuously from 8:30AM to 5PM. The work started with a quick walk through of the house to look for any areas that insulation might blow though. Just as a precaution, they used some spray foam in a couple of areas, for example, around the drain under the kitchen sink. From there I pretty much left them to do their work as they meticulously moved from one end of the house to the other, one drilling 3" holes and the other filling them with blow in insulation and then resealing the hole. At one point the long hose they were using to deliver the insulation came apart and some insulation ended up in the yard. One of the guys actually went to the van, brought out a shop vac and began vacuuming the yard--in the rain. He wasn't entirely successful, but I sure appreciated the effort. Same with putting a drop cloth on the ground to catch the sawdust from the holes being cut. I didn't expect that level of meticulousness and it showed me that Homberto's crews are both hard working and well trained. They were also very personable and polite. The work HHL did was immediately noticeable throughout my house. The back bedrooms are much warmer and there seems to be less street noise. Having the work done was an easy call. Finding a top notch company off the bat was a nice surprise. Thanks Yelp and thanks HHL!

We call few high rated local companies to come and give us an estimate. After we met with Liran from level up construction we knew we want to work with him. During the first walk through in the house We felt the experience and knowledge and amount of care for details for our first house. The company representative was always there for us during the project. For any question we had at any time! There are things we got with level up, That's we understand the value and the rare high performance customers service. Everything came up exactly as we wanted. In some areas of the house, it's even better than what we pictured. Liran was there for us for every question and Showed up with a lot of ideas. It was very valuable for us to use a company that comes with a lot of creative ideas and knowledge. How to get things done properly. Everything was done, permitted and inspected by the city of Bellevue. We want to say thank you very much for everything you have done for us. And for our family We enjoyed the house and the remodeling every single day We are happy to highly recommend this company. For any remodeling or large scope of work! The price was fair and we will use them again in future projects.

Karen convinced me that I was too old (70) and it would take too long to complete. Enter Liran and LevelUp Construction. They had great reviews, many photos/videos of completed work as well as a very good bid price. My experience has taught me that one of the keys to a good contractor is their ability to find and keep good subcontractors. Almost all of the subcontractors that worked on our remodel were top-notch. In any remodel, issues arise that complicate the work, especially those that involve more than one trade. We had several significant ones. We worked with Liran to insure that good decisions were made to resolve them including allowing me to work on the remodel to insure that the project wasn't unduly delayed. It is very important to Liran to make sure that his clients are happy. For example, we liked the LVT installation in our kitchen so much that we decided we wanted to replace carpet in a 'hub' area. Liran included the installation at no cost to us.

We are so glad we went with Wise Choice!…read more After meeting with several contractors, my wife and I chose them to do an addition to our house. We first learned about Wise Choice through Yelp, and although we were initially nervous about choosing a contractor for such a large job (they gave us the best estimate, by far!) without a personal recommendation, we couldn't be happier with our decision. They were great to work with throughout the entire process, from architectural and engineering plans, permitting, and the actual construction. The project manager, Sergiy, and foreman, Bogdan, were very honest, helpful, and responsive every step of the way. The project was completed pretty much on budget (with only a couple of unforeseen issues outside of their control) and on time. We love the results, and several people have commented that the addition looks like it should have been there all along. We can't recommend Wise Choice highly enough!

No underhanded expenses, merely equitable labor. I am glad I have at last found someone who knows how to get about a floor.

This team is CLEAN. He's clear with his team on expectations in terms of keeping his client's homes as clean as possible throughout the project. Shoes are off at the door, tidy runners are laid out, and he vacuums and sweeps each day on his way out. He typically left our home cleaner than he found it :) 3. He has an unwavering love for what he does and each day he came over, it was as if we were having a friend over. He's cheerful, friendly, funny and trustworthy. No question I asked as a first time re-modeler was dumb to him and it was really fun to bounce ideas with him and get his advice throughout the project.
