They were affordable, knowledgeable, and very willing to work with my needs and my budget. They were able to obtain the permits that were needed which is an important and valuable service. They also took care of the structural engineering that was needed to make sure that we had sufficient support for the deck. Their showroom is very helpful. There are samples and some mockups of decks, railings, lighting, etc. There are lots of options and the staff was great about explaining the options but not pressure-upselling. I felt comfortable choosing the materials and extras with their help. After the project was finished, there was one support post that didn't look finished to me when I looked at it from our dining room window. All Decks was great about coming out. After seeing and understanding what I wanted to upgrade, they were able to install a matching trim piece that made the post look complete. The deck has been installed now since Oct 2024. It still looks great and I couldn't be happier.

I worked with contractors teams on kitchens and yards before and I have not seen a team like this, with both quality and efficiency. I reached out to fencing companies and scheduled some estimates. I was told that my problem was too small of a project and that I should find a handyman instead. I hadn't met with Casey yet and thought he would tell me the same. But he responded that my problem wouldn't be a waste of his time and that he'd be happy to help. He came out -- twice -- and gave me a very reasonable quote. He also caught another rotting post that other people (at least three of them) had failed to see. Casey was also responsive even though I took a while to get back to him. We ended up being unable to work with Casey as our neighbors fixed the fence. When the time comes for a new fence, I'm not bothering with other companies. I'll be reaching out to Casey and Six Bells for sure. Sitting on the fence about who to hire? Stop thinking and hire Casey and Six Bells!
