Someone responded right away. The repair tech was out by 2:30 that day to analyze the problem. Igor the repair person said it was the defrost part of the fridge was on the fritz. Because it was late on a Friday he wasn't able to order until after the weekend. He ordered the part on Monday and installed it on Tuesday morning.
