I got a 3-year-old Wolf microwave that got an insensitive keypad, which is very difficult to press. I sent ProAppliance Technicians a request to take a look at it. They asked for the model and the problem. To my surprise they came by with the part ready, and replaced it in their first visit. It's like new again now. I quoted another repair service when I need to repair my dishwasher and got a very expensive quote. ProAppliance Technicians charged me less than half of that, because the keypad part was covered. So I would highly recommend it for Wolf/Sub-Zero/Cove appliance repairs. read more

I submitted a late night request via Professional Appliance Technicians' website for an urgent issue with my SubZero fridge. They reached out to me via phone & email first thing in the morning and scheduled a same-day appointment for me. The technician, Rolando, arrived in the scheduled time window, was super courteous, and clearly very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue quickly, gave me clear explanation and options (including pricing), repaired the unit quickly, and cleaned up after himself on the way out. He also was very careful about social distancing and was wearing a mask and gloves. The pricing was reasonable, too, which I admit I was concerned about because they are the only SubZero factory certified service company in my area. The company also provided email updates on service time and follow-up with electronic invoice. I could not be more pleased with this interaction. read more

I got my Sub-Zero fridge serviced and the drain tube unfrozen. Scheduling was super easy. Ron the technician was super friendly and efficient. He serviced te fridge, updated the software and they charged less than expected for that. Then he fixed the drain tube, upgraded my heater and took care of all the warranty stuff to pay for it. He was respectful of our space, cleaned up well afterwards and gave me a bunch of tips to keep the fridge running well.
