I called so many appliances repair companies that were sketchy and wanted to charge more than the replacement value of my washer. I texted Jerry and he responded right away, I sent a picture of the issue and serial number and he was out in 2 days and gave me a clear estimate. Jerry Texted me his expected arrival and was in and out within an hour. I'm so thankful I found his contact information. If you have an LG washer, don't wait and text him. The attention to detail and openness to give good advice without up charging every little thing shows his expertise, kindness to help others and true skills. I trust Yelp reviews from choosing a restaurant in Venice, Italy to finding someone local to repair…read moremy elderly father's lawn mower without charging an arm and a leg. Pete is just that. He works out of his "shop" located in the back of his residence. Knows a lot about small engine repair, quick turn around time, answers his phone and calls you when your item is ready or if he needs to discuss further repair which may impact his original estimate. I took my father's OLD lawn mower in for a tune up. Personally, I thought he should just buy a new one. My father just filled it with gas and that was it. Pete showed this ol' lawn mower a little love and she starts on the first pull and purrs like a kitten. Pete provided a "cheat sheet" of little tips we could do like, using up all the gas on that last mow of year before storing it away until the next spring. Who knew such a simple thing prolongs the life of your lawn mower? And also, several other tips that take hardly any time and cost pennies, if anything at all. All in all, we have a lawn mower thats performs like a new one. Take your stuff to Pete, you won't be disappointed. But, don't wait too long, he is very popular, people travel for miles to get his great customer service.

Very disappointing customer service. The representative on the phone was aggressive, rude, and…read moreextremely unprofessional. He also seemed to have very little knowledge about the charges and repeatedly stated that he "just charges" and has no control over the invoices. That makes no sense--how can charges be processed without reviewing what is actually being invoiced? Our charges did not match the invoices we received, and instead of providing a clear explanation, he was dismissive and confrontational. In my opinion, someone who speaks to customers this way and cannot explain the billing should not be handling customer calls. Long-time customers deserve much better communication and professionalism.

Apparently LG refrigerators are cursed and the first shop I called said Nortech are the real experts. After my experience, Nortech was truly an expert on LG refrigerators! When I called, Nortech was professional and transparent about costs. Nash came out for a diagnostic and found the issue in less than 30 minutes! He provided some options for next steps, and fortunately I was able to schedule a follow up to fix the problem the next day! Fortunately Nortech had the compressor I needed on hand, so it saved me days or even weeks waiting for the correct part! Nortech was flexible and worked around my work schedule and dentist appointments! Nash, the technician who came out, was professional and was very knowledgeable. The next day, I tried every troubleshooting suggestion I could find and it would just not power up. It had been fully operational 15 minutes previously. I called Nortech late in the day, around 4PM to schedule an appointment and to my surprise, I was told a technician could be there in 30 minutes. The visit would be $185. I had a bad feeling that I had lost a power supply board but I wanted to know for sure. The technician arrived as promised. He was on his way home to Federal way. He did the same checking as I had done and confirmed that it was the power supply. He told me this was a common failure and that the repair would be $795 but they would ahve to order parts. It would require the TV being dismounted from the wall mount. I decided to buy a new TV instead and he agreed with the logic of that decision. I bought another Samsung 55" OLED (still highly rated) for less than the cost of the repairs. The Nortech technician was courteous and professional.
