As he didn't have the toilet on his repair truck, Bee's dispatched an employee with a new toilet. Sean was very professional in his work, answering questions as he proceeded with the work. He mentioned a couple of things that needed replacing due to their aging. We agreed to have them replaced. When Sean presented the invoice, it was exactly as he stated. I picked the tub sealing option since it seemed most straight forward, again with no guarantee of fixing the leak. I asked why a tub caulking would be ~$900, and the technician began to oversell the difficulty of the job and the "high quality" sealant they would use. I approved the quote with that belief, only to see they did the job in 40 minutes and used a caulk that I could have bought in Lowes for $5. I've asked their management for a review and have been stonewalled. I had higher expectations for Bee's Plumbing given the reviews and referrals but left very disappointed. I've attached the caulk, tub caulking and contract from Bee's to show what happened. Would you pay $900 for this?

Having told me on the phone that theyWould jet the drainfield I was surprised that he decided to leave the tank excavated with the lid off to supposedly save me money when I had to call them back because my system was failing. Being a senior citizen and a widow I felt I was being treated this way because I wouldn't know any different. I consulted some friends that have had a lot of issues with their Septic system. And they were shocked to hear they left it excavated and with all the rain. It was first of February. They advised me to call and have them come back and jet the drainfieldand then come then cover the system back up. It had been left open for approximately 2 1/2 weeks and surprise surprise after the drainfield was jetted the system was working fine, so now five months later it's running like a top and I'm surprised to see that I get a letter from the Pierce County health department that I was turned in for a violation reason Septic failure. The guy who told me all the stuff about it failing videoed it before it was jetted when it wasn't quite up to par. And of course he did not come with the guys He sent to do the job so he did not observe the fact that it was running fine. There's so many five star views on this company. I'm sorry to have to say this these things, but I am in the middle of trying to prove that I don't need $30,000 septic system at this time. I'm sure drain beast isn't gonna help me pay for it! very unethical considering I should've been notified in advance not get the letter five months later.
