He called somewhere to determine that the part was available and said it would take 14 business days to get the part. With Thanksgiving around the corner, I eagerly agreed. He created an invoice and asked that I pay for the part upfront. He did a great job of selling a story about how they book place holder appointments based on the ETA of the parts arrival. I paid him $325. It has been a week now, and I have yet to hear from them. I have called, it goes to voice mail so I've left a few voicemails, I have sent several emails and I have texted a couple of times. Zero response. This was definitely a scam that I do not recommend! What is terrible is that this business was recommended by a local appliance dealer!

He quickly diagnosed that the issue was the drain pump making the noise and gave us different options and how much they would cost. He wasn't aware that our model had top access for the drain pump but once I asked about it, was easily able to open the panel that I had not been able to open after 20 min of trying. Removed the chicken bone stuck in there and and now it's running quietly again.
