At this point, we still have an incomplete installation and wasted a significant amount of time dealing with poor customer service and lack of accountability. Home depot even carries a fake tree that comes with colorful lights that include purple attached. It is in a video I made, you can see the tree has blue,green, red, yellow, AND purple lights and looks more brilliant than the other trees that don't have purple. Or the trees with just white lights. The other decorations are spectacular! Bravo Home Depot. Plants as well! Prices? Not too bad. But now i'm off to Walmart to see if they have a string of lights that has all the colors including purple. I'll get the wall anchor there too. EDIT/UPDATE: Walmart had them, make sure to get LED not incandescent unless you want your electric bill to be higher. When it was my turn, Rouchen explained that their store averages 40% below retail, and that was certainly my experience. Costco is cheaper than retail also, and Appliances 4 Less was substantially less than Costco! After my purchase, the delivery was scheduled 3 days out. I got a call that morning and the delivery people were on time. They hauled away the old fridge and installed the new one. They left me instructions because the refrigerant got jostled around and needed to settle, so they made sure I don't plug it too soon. If you're in the market for a new appliance, give the Lynnwood Store a call. You really can't beat the prices. "Let me call them again." She called right back to tell me that" when I got the manager and gave him my name, he hung up on me" (!!) So I contacted Ace corporate to lodge a formal complaint. I was put on hold for 20 minutes and was told"I lodged your complaint with the store manager and you should be hearing from him soon." I told him I was mot holding my breath for that call.( that never came.) Meanwhile the gal from Silver Lake called back and offered to deliver from her store for a small fee.
