Of course the next business day I went in person to retrieve my already paid for glasses in the amount of $650. And Veronica easily found my glasses. Without sending me to other shops, other locations, other addresses. The water bottle and the candy handed by Kathy Egeghi does not replace the proper training of the employee named Veronica. The careless false answer by Veronica can hardly appeal to other $650 /glasses clients. My regular boutique optical shop had already taken more than a month to get my lenses, so I was expecting another slow process. This was the complete opposite. Veronica at the front of house was kind, helpful, and on top of everything. Cathy, the owner, made the whole experience feel personal and easy. Art, the optical lab technician, got the lenses done quickly and professionally. I could not even get my reader prescription from my doctor fast enough, and the staff stayed persistent on the phone until they finally got what they needed. Once they had the prescription, everything moved smoothly. The service was friendly, the prices were reasonable, and the turnaround time was honestly impressive. It is rare to find a place that is this efficient without feeling rushed or impersonal. I will definitely be coming back.

My lenses arrived in exactly a week, and he was able to get me to 20/20 vision, which was especially important to me because glasses could not get me there. I also had an issue with the trial lenses fogging up, and he immediately recognized that my dry eye was likely contributing to the problem. He recommended hydro-coated scleral lenses, which turned out to be an excellent solution. My official lenses with the coating have not fogged up! I had just had laser surgery on my eye at UCLA earlier in the day when I suddenly developed severe pain in the affected eye and nausea. Based on my ER experience, I knew this was a bad sign and knew that the pressure in my eye was likely dangerously high. I called Sunny optometry and even though it was late Friday afternoon, they squeezed me and immediately diagnosed the condition and immediately initiated emergency treatment on my eye. Dr Sun's management and customer service was superlative and saved me from damage to my vision. When I followed up with an ophthalmology specialist at UCLA, they too were super impressed with her quick thinking and "spot on" management.
