We set up a time to come and see and pick up the mower, Zach then followed up with a text message to have the warranty and all paperwork done prior to my arrival. I immediately phoned Naults and began working with Matt in the service department and Jeff one of the top managers. Jeff himself told me they would reimburse me for the tow which never happened.... after 37 day they were able to finally pick up bike from my house & determine that it was due to a factory default in which the clutch plates/discs were broken, due to them originally being assembled incorrectly (therefore, they had to replace the clutch). Matt did the replacement under warranty on behalf of CF Moto . they told me I would have to make my way New Hampshire to retrieve my bike, but due to me being persistent on them delivering my bag back to me it finally delivered. Less than 2 weeks later while driving I find my bike stops working again due to the same exact problem. This time it took them longer to come pick my bike up from my house and on top of that they had my bike for over 6 weeks and we're hesitant to do repairs even though I was under warranty from CF Moto-Matt in the service department was communicative when I initiated, but the main manager, Jeff changed his tune and never returned my calls. it was discovered by Matt in the service department that when the clutch was replaced, the first time it was tightened too much which caused. the cable to constantly pull on the clutch release mechanism. (even when the driver's hand is off the lever)-, this prevents the clutch plates from fully pressing together & spin against each other and slip. even though they did take the bike out for the test drive after fixing it-they should've picked up on the fact that it was too tight. once again, hesitant to deliver my bike back I had to finally a week later make my way from Massachusetts up to New Hampshire to retrieve my bike myself. I happen to run into Jeff by walking by and he told me that nothing was ever wrong with the bike. It was just a simple adjustment with. Obviously, he was unaware that Matt the service technician had informed me of much more detail and I have paperwork to show everything. I've stated so far. I asked Matt about the reimbursement on the original toe and he started to stumble with his words and then I just disregarded anything that came out of his mouth after that because obviously. and a con artist. needless to say, I still have my fully paid for bike, which I only purchased.6 months ago and it's been driven under 1000 miles and is not working order. please be aware of this location and especially this manager because I would really be upset to hear anything like this happened to someone else.

    This probably deserves a much longer review, but to keep it brief - I used the Eagle Rider site to…read morerent a Polaris Slingshot, the first time I used the service, and the rental location was M.O.M.s in Manchester NH. I'm a former Motorcycle owner but that was years ago, and I chose the Slingshot so my wife and I could have something to drive up to the New Hampshire White Mountains. Too many parts of the Eagle Rider 'system' were frustrating - high prices for my particular rental, a massive hold put on your CC, having to buy additional insurance, having to pay for roadside service, etc. Plus their reservation system caused issues with my renter both before I picked up the bike and after I dropped it off, when M.O.M. was unable to 'close' my rental our for some unknown reason. Also, there was almost no helpful information about my ride. Did it have a radio? (Yes, but it would not pull in any stations) Did it have GPS? (No, and no GPS rental was available for my particular rental). Did it have any power points? (Yes, it luckily had a 12v cigarette lighter style plug and a USB connector) Did it have ANY storage? (Yes, it actually has a rather large glove compartment and spaces behind both rider and pass. Now, as much as I found the Eagle Rider system to be frustrating, the folks at M.O.M. were actually great to deal with, and turned their part of the rental into a much smoother experience, so I would highly recommend using them (for rentals, buying a MC or maybe service) to anyone based on their great customer service with me!

My insurance adjuster confirmed there was about…read more$3,000 in damage, but when I tried to transfer my bike to another repair shop, this place refused to release it unless I gave them 10% of the insurance check first. That is not normal or ethical -- they hadn't done any repairs, and I never authorized them to start work. They were basically holding my bike hostage until I paid them. Insurance confirmed that no payment should be made directly to the shop unless work is completed or authorized. This kind of behavior feels shady and unprofessional. A reputable shop should release your vehicle and provide a written estimate without extortion tactics. If you're dealing with an insurance claim, go somewhere else that respects your rights and communicates honestly.

Now it's all about money and their "$2 million shop". I declined an oil change and annual service on my latest repairs so they sent me home with a bike that has an electrical problem I cannot resolve and won't start. They didn't even check if the bike is rideable and just gave it back to me. I'm stuck with dead bike. I know it's their fault because I had this bike in great mechanical condition, in storage. It was brought to them and they flushed the gas tank and now I have a pinched or frayed wire somewhere under the tank that causes my bike to not be able to start. Completely their fault and they wouldn't admit it. They're now doing shady business: They'll tell you they will do an appraisal for $180 and you can pick and choose what you want done/repaired. I chose not to do the power wash. They said that was mandatory because the bike was too dirty? So why was it offered as an optional service initially? Shady, greedy.
