He was very accommodating and did a great job I went to them because of the good word I received about them from my work. I'm typically forgiving when it comes to errors in automotive repair and maintenance. Unfortunately, this isn't the case. I purchased my 2023 WRX about a month ago which included Dunlop summer tires. Seeing how I live in New England, winter or at least all weather tires are required during the colder months. I ordered a set of all weathers from tire rack and had them delivered to Tire Warehouse in Hooksett as they were shown to be highly rated. It was an evening appointment and they were very quick with swapping all four tires and I was in an out in 45 minutes. Unfortunately, it wasn't until I pulled into my garage with better lighting that I noticed a gash in my wheel and what looks like a paint-deep circular scratch going around the edge of my wheel. When I checked the other three wheels, they all either had the same scratch or a scuff. If this car were an old car with high mileage, I really wouldn't care. However, this is a brand new $40,000 car with 1200 miles that I've always dreamt of owning and I worked very hard to saved for a couple years to purchase this car. This simply isn't acceptable work. If tire warehouse doesn't have the ability to mount low profile tires, then they should inform their customers that they can't do it. This will most likely cost me hundreds of dollars more to refinish each wheel. Should I go there and complain? Maybe, but I'm afraid they'll deny any damage they caused. read more

Been going there for several years, but they damaged the wheels on my wife's Mercedes. Extremely bad scuffing to one wheel in particular. Told her to give them pictures for insurance claim, now say they can't get insurance to pay because she didn't wait and instead got them repaired elsewhere. These guys were amazing today. After a long, hard day, I discovered a screw in my tire. Called around 4:30 pm and they were like, "sure, come on in". I didn't make it there until 5:10. They fixed it, for FREE, in less than 5 minutes. In fact, it took me longer to find the socket adapter for my wheels than it took for them to repair it. Absolutely made my day. Major shout out them. Brought my car into Tire Warehouse in Hooksett NH because my passenger side tire had a slow leak for weeks. the technician took me in right away, assessed the issue and saw that I had 3 nails in my tire. the tech removed the tire and was able to patch it up in 10 minutes. Also, they said there was no charge for the service and only that when the time came for new tires they I just consider them for the same. I was very impressed with the service overall and they will get my sale for sure when I need new tires! great job guys! read more

I used to go to one of the other Tire Warehouse locations closer to where I live, but over time the service quality dropped way off! I decided to give the Hooksett location a try. I've been going there for almost 3 years now, and the service is about as good as it could be! Seth, the manager, is always on top of things - when I show up for my appointment they're ready to go and get right to work on swapping my snows! It seems like I just get relaxed and they're done! Do not trust this place they are snakes. Stopped in there this morning my tire seems to have a slow leak. I went in asked hey tire has a slow leak can you check it either the valve stem or maybe the seals broken cuz I hit a speed bump. Didn't say anything about they were busy or too busy to handle it said no problem pulling to the first day we'll take care of it take my tire off going to the back I'm waiting I'm like aren't they going to tell me what the situation is whether I need a new valve stem or if it's the sales broken or what's causing the leak no no one comes out. So I want to wear the guy is working on my tire and what do I say but him drilling a hole in my tire well what would you think if you saw that that they're creating a problem that you didn't have like I said am I going what are you doing it to me first and told me and let me know exactly what you're planning on doing with my tire oh are you feeling hurt that's what he says to me crazy I go to the front to ask in the the manager or whoever is in charge what's the deal you know I mean what am I supposed to think when I see somebody drilling a hole in my tire and he goes oh well you had a nail in it and he was fixing it you know you came in here without an appointment. I'm like I'm not ungrateful I'm just curious as to what you're doing then he puts it on me like I'm the bad person because I'm questioning what they're doing. He then starts yelling at me telling me he's doing me a favor because I came in without an appointment and how dare I and then I'm just looking for a fight I'm like no I just if there was a nail you should have brought it to my attention so then I know exactly what's going on I've never had anybody just start drilling into my tires without telling me what they're doing and why. Then he's like oh well we'll just put your spare on and you can be on your way kicking me out because I'm questioning what they're doing that right there is a red flag I have every right as a customer to ask what exactly are you doing and why. I'm like well you drilled the hole in my tire now well I wasn't even going to fix charge you for it well you still should have told me what you were doing to my tire and why before you start doing repairs. So they did whatever it is they did to my tire I guess they put a plug in it then he comes out with some screw that hell that could have been from anywhere yeah I believe that like you know I got the London bridge to sell you. I asked who was the owner the guy talking s*** to me says he is and that I'm not welcome to come back there ever again great cuz you got caught being unethical I have every right as a customer to ask what where and why. I told him I've been using Tire Warehouse for 30 years and I've never been treated like that that's just crazy. So he's blaming me for his bad behavior and terrible customer service don't take your car there for anything cuz they'll create problems just to charge you to fix them that's my feeling of course I will never go there again and you shouldn't either cuz you never know what they be doing to your tires to get you to buy new tires from them. They are part of Monroe owned by the same company same chain franchise. And Monroe is famous for bait and switch on you famous. They did it to me trying to get me to buy a new catalytic converter about 20 years ago and then put the wrong catalytic converter on my car nearly blew up my car. Ok so one week 7 days later I finally get some of my overdrafts back. They state they were only responsible for 3 not the 4 that went through on my account even showed her before the last one posted in print that it was about to hit my account. Kim was no help in getting this fixed. Customer service states that they are not responsible however they were. I will be getting my bank involved because why should I pay the extra $35 dollars that they caused!
