I arrived with a heavy load that I could not carry into the store. A staff member came outside with a hand cart and helped me bring everything in. They also helped me print my shipping labels and tape them onto the boxes without charging me the extra $5 for printing and $1 for tape that so many other stores charge. The staff is friendly, helpful, efficient, and genuinely takes care of business. They also have better hours than many other UPS locations. But one thing's for sure; they keep that line movin' and groovin'. The lines usually move pretty fast. And the best part about this post office?! The customer service! They've consistently provided excellent service here. Even when the line is out the door, these folks are always cool, calm, and collected. The staff is so friendly, helpful, and polite. I never feel rushed and they're always willing to answer any questions that I may have about costs and services.
