My iMac died and Tommy got it back to me quickly and under his original estimate. So ya, he earned his five stars!!! Thanks Tommy read more

Fast and convenient. Tommy came right out to me and when he couldn't immediately solve my problem he took it back to the shop and had it ready for me the next day. Well worth the reasonable rate. read more

I first contacted Tommy last year to do a solid state drive and ram upgrade on my 2012 MacBook Pro. He did a great job and explained my options. I left a stellar review for him after that job was done. Throughout the year I called him with questions and he was more than willing to help. Will continue to go to him for all my Apple needs! Just got off a remote access job with him right after Thanksgiving. Now that's great service! read more

Great compan, fair, honest, and knows what they're doing. You can trust them with your computer's

I'm pretty savvy on the computer but my MacBook Air has been having some issues lately, just not working the way it should be and I reached out to MacMyDay (I love their name, by the way!) Tommy was very friendly on the phone and we made an appointment for today. He took great care of my computer, knows what he's doing, nice guy to talk to, and pricing is reasonable. What more can you ask for? Definitely recommend MacMyDay, if you're having Mac issues, give them a call! read more

I am very happy with Tommy's service. He totally fixed our internet problem and updated our old iMac that wasn't working properly. I give him 5 stars!! read more

Realized I was scammed with a fake job interview conducted over Skype chat so contacted Tommy to make sure I wasn't hacked. As always he got back to me right away, checked my computer out, recommended good backup habits while he was at it, and indicated they were phishing for my IP address - and didn't get it, whew, got lucky! read more

Tommy came over to our home earlier this year after I had the worst case scenario as a professional DJ. I was in the middle of a set during the midnight hour on a Saturday night. Dance floor packed, everyone cheering and having an incredible time and boom!, my laptop crashes. This hasn't happened to me ever and I've only heard of these horror stories. This silence lasted over 7 minutes (which is a lifetime when you're on the set to a packed dance floor). Needless to say, Tommy came over and cleaned up my MacBook, got rid of all the malware I was unaware of and swapped out some much components I won't bore you with. My CPU is not overloaded any longer and I haven't had an issue since. He also cleaned up my wife's laptop, which was in worse condition than mine. Total professional and reasonably priced! I'll use him for any computer needs always!!! read more

Over the years, I've used a handful of local Mac repair shops and Tommy blew them all out of the water. Not even close. His service was fast and excellent. I couldn't believe he did in a day what might take other shops a week. Top notch service. If you need Mac help, don't look anywhere else. read more

Two weeks ago Thursday, my Macbook Pro died a mysterious death in the middle of the night. I tried in vain until 3 am to revive it. Looking to local reviews for a clue as to who to go to, I found MacMyDay on Yelp. I called mid-morning, and by 4:30 P.M., I had all my vital data on a thumb drive, my funeral-bound Macbook and hard drive returned to me, advice on how to proceed and all for an extremely reasonable price considering I was up and running again in less than 12 hours. Tell me - where else can you get that kind of service? I would highly recommend Tommy of MacMyDay. Did I mention the diagnosis was free? It was. read more

I am a Music Industry veteran and have been working on a MacPro since it was released in 2010. Through the years, adding plugins, new sample rates, etc, made my rig unreliable at best and a hot mess most of the time. Finally, one of my drives crashed and I lost all of my work and client sessions - there was major panic until a friend recommended Tommy Grafman (president of MacMyDay.) Tommy came to my studio, assessed the situation and told me that he'd be able to transfer everything from my crashed drive to a new one. Not only did he retrieve every single audio clip from the dead drive but he set me up with a brand new backup system. The happiest moment was when I started working with the new drives and found that Tommy had actually given me a brand new computer! Plugins that had previously crashed the CPU were now available to use in multiple instances - amazing power!! Having peace of mind that my rig is solid is a real gift! As Tommy said, "no more Band-Aids, we're gonna bring your computer into the 21st century." I am enjoying work again, my computer is blazing fast, and life is good! Tommy Grafman is a steely eyed Mac Man!! read more

Amazing service very fast responsive to any problem you may have. I highly recommend this amazing service and thanks to wonderful staff and crew especially Tommy he's silly but he knows his stuff thank God read more

Tommy saved my IMac!! He explained everything along the way and even upgraded my computer with more ram. I'll never visit the genius bar again! MacMyDay is the way to go. read more

Tommy is the man. After the "genius" at the Genius Bar said all they could do was upsell me a new laptop (big surprise), and actually said "good luck" to me as I left, Tommy hooked me up. Got my laptop functioning again after a couple highly enjoyable zoom sessions. Extremely knowledgeable about all things Apple, so when I'm ready to upgrade, I know I can do it with the guidance of someone who really knows what I need, not just someone at a very pretty store pushing merchandise. Professional, charming, and reasonable. Highly recommend. read more

My Macbook retina screen had been cracked for almost a year. I had talked to Apple support, and they told me they couldn't give me a quote or a proper time estimate before I dropped of the machine at the shop. They estimated approx 5-7 business days after dropping of, which is totally undoable for me since I use my Macbook for work, and always have last minute stuff popping up. I called Tommy day before Thanksgiving to see if there was any chance to get it sorted over the holidays. This was pretty much my only pocket of time where I knew I most likely wouldn't be working. I dropped of the computer the wednesday afternoon, and picked it up friday afternoon. Good as new! Apple parts and repairs are always a little on the pricey side, but wow what an amazing turnover time! And probably a decent amount less expensive than going through Apple! Thanks yall! read more

Tommy is always quick to return calls and give the best prices, never trying to upsell you. He really knows his stuff. Whenever I have mac questions, I call Tommy. read more

Tommy arrived right on time and was able to clean up and resolve the huge mess that was on my computer. I had serious ATT email issues which he was able to resolve. He found some other problems and cleaned them up and now my computer runs so fast and clean. I sure wish I had called them a year ago instead of limping along all this time! This was a horrible mess that Tommy organized and sorted and explained when I needed it. He is a cyber warrior to have taken on my computer's state of affairs. He was worth every dollar I spent, which I must say was very reasonable. He has years of experience with computers and knows just what to do & fast. Do yourself a favor and get him to help you calm your computer problems! I'm getting him to come back and help me with some fun stuff now. Editing, and promo! Life is good! read more

I had to write this finally! I know Tommy for years and he has saved me so many times I cannot even count. He is a life saver knows his stuff gets to the point and reasonable and makes sure I am happy with the results. Super Tommy, to the rescue! Well, we all get to that dreaded point where our computers decide they want to act a bit ornery. I had speed and performance issues and my pro tools were working at a snail's pace. That was all due to a damaged hard drive AND external drive! Tommy visited me almost immediately and gave me some sage advice on some different options to remedy the problem. We decided on a superb upgrade at a reasonable price! He had my MacBook Pro up and running in no time! I was back in business and I feel like I have a brand new computer! Thanks Tommy, I know where I'LL be going for all my future Apple needs! You and Mac My Day rock! read more

MacMyDay - My sound editing programs are back in tip top shape! - IT Services & Computer Repair Near Me

If I could give this place 6 stars, I would. After calling a few other places found on Yelp for a service task for my Mac, these guys were the quickest to respond and quoted the best price and fastest delivery time. Tommy even had me meet up at his house to speed things up as I was leaving on a business trip which I needed my Macbook for. Now, it was a small cheap replacement but I got the red carpet treatment as I was the most important customer in the world, even for the smallest possible work needed. This is how business is done. Will definitely come back and recommend this place to all my friends. Thanks Tommy! read more

MacMyDay came by my home office once again to do some maintenance and updates on my Mac's. I've been using their service for a while now. Great customer service just a phone call away. I feel like I have my own personal IT department. I also love that they have made great suggestions on servers, external drives, etc... I don't know what I did before finding them. I recommend these guys to everyone I know that has Mac's. read more

Tommy saved the day, yet again. My 4 year old laptop was on its last leg after several years of heavy design & web development work, I figured it was ready to throw in the towel on me. I remembered what an awesome job Tommy did when I first got the computer so thought I'd give it another shot. I just got my laptop back & after several months of considering it to be simply unusable... it seems as though I have a BRAND NEW computer to work on. He upgraded me with the latest features & got me up & running with lightning speed... in just a matter of days. Will never trust anyone else with all my Mac needs... only wish I would have gone back to him sooner. Thanks again, Tommy! read more

I guess I will be one more satisfied customer giving 5 stars. Tommy came to my home twice to install a repeater for better wifi. He worked for over an hour each visit, but it ends up that I need a new modem. He told me that since he didn't fix our problem, then he won't charge us a dime. Wow, that's all I have to say about that, really wow...... Incredibly nice guy, honest beyond belief, knows his stuff, has an interesting music industry background (ask him!), and amazing customer service. He will now be our computer guy for everything! :) read more

Tommy was so helpful in getting my MAC's backups all set up and working. I had year's worth of Lightroom photos that needed protection and I feel so much better knowing all of my data is protected. He also added some more RAM to my desktop. The service was prompt and very reasonably priced. I have even had to have a couple of followup remote sessions with Tommy and he was more than happy to answer all of my questions. I highly recommend MacMyDay for prompt, knowledgeable MAC service! read more

Super helpful!!! I was very bummed and upset because of the computer problems I've been having lately in my studio, and my normal guy was out of town. So I listened to my gf and called. I got an answer over the phone within 2 minutes, he saved me money and time. I'm sure if it was a more significant issue I would've had to take it in but he walked me through it over the phone and now I can work. And he didn't charge me for this round cause it only took a min to fix. Thanks again read more

I was drawn to Tommy, simply by the business name, "Mac My Day". I found it clever and creative. But when I called and spoke to a human being and not a sales pitch with unrealistic promises, within minutes, I felt like I was speaking with family. Feeling comfortable with his scope of knowledge, I asked Tommy to come over and fix my Mac. He did and that was over 12 years ago. He has kept my Mac to thrive, my over and over for all this time. I can not conceive of ever leaving Mac My Day, simply because I don't know anyone else who could Mac My Day like Tommy. read more

my 2019 imac was a lemon out of the box. i bought the baseline model 21.5" w/ the fusion drive. that thing kept crashing & freezing. apple support was useless. just had me keep reinstalling the software. after a year of frustration, i reached out to tommy @ macmyday who explained to me that the fusion drive was a joke. the only part of the drive that was solid state was the boot up. rest was a spinning drive & was probably failing. he recommended replacing the spinning drive w/ a ssd. he also suggested that while they were in there they upgraded the ram from the 8g the imac came w/ to 32g. tommy's prices were better than any of the other mac service companies & he was able to turn it around same day! they say you can only get 2 of the 3: good, fast & affordable. tommy is the anomaly that breaks that rule. highly recommended. read more
