I took my wife's computer to Dave. I thought the solid state hard drive had burnt out. Dave quickly confirmed this. He also pointed out the noisy fans and said he would clean them. I took the computer in unannounced Wednesday around 4pm and it was done by Thursday around 5pm. Dave replaced the solid state, reinstalled Windows plus Adobe Acrobat, Chrome, Avast, Open Office. I was very impressed by this and was not expecting it. He also cleaned the computer. It was spotless. I even thought he had replaced a fan, but he had just cleaned and fixed it.
