I've known Dave for a while now and he always knows how to fix my IT and hardware problems. He's very passionate and knowledgeable about everything in the computer/IT/tech world! He can do it all so just ask him what it is you need help with and he will come through for you with efficiency, great value and top of the line products and services. Thanks so much Dave for fixing my printer, connecting my security cameras and getting me that badass laptop!!!!

Geek Squad has improved since the last time I went when they were scrambling to have technicians…read moreand no appointment was respected. I had an issue with a laptop, made an appt. on line, went and discovered a better layout and customer service. We got helped right away, they identified the issue, they called an hour later to choose a part and the laptop was ready for pick up the next day. They had to change the hard disk. We did get the membership and it was worth it (hope I won't need it again, but it's a nice peace of mind) because we were told they had to change the battery as well. Unfortunately, they don't carry those (in the past, we had to get them from Fry's close by, but since it closed, we ordered those via Amazon, delayed shipment, not a fan) so we came back after a week to have it replaced. It was ready next day. So, hopefully this will help. We did get the help, some people working here are nice and give you good tips. More improvement overall.

I can not say enough positive comments about the help I received today. I was very frustrated…read moretrying to get my scanner to work. Mike, at the Geek Squad desk, tested my scanner and found that I was using the incorrect cable. I was floored by such great support and service. There was another gentleman that helped me also, I did not get his name, who took the time to show me a great scanner app for single documents. I really appreciated the help and will make sure I go to that group for any technical help I need in the future. Thank you!!
