When you are a creative professional and find yourself in an unfortunate position with liquid damage your 3k Macbook Pro Retina and plenty of projects on deck, it's important to know where to turn. I found Tommy at MacMyDay on Yelp. My experience has been phenomenal. I'm an old pc repair tech and I recognize quality repairs and quality service when I see it. He was extremely thorough and honest with his estimate, showing me the component damage with detailed pics, a detailed explanation of the scope of the work that absolutely needed to be performed and a few potential issues that would only show up further into disassembly and testing as well as cost. I got lucky and the cost of repairs was considerably less than it could have been. Tommy was in touch every step of the way. Even came out to pick up the computer and do an assessment in home for me because my mobility is a bit limited and driving far can be painful. This is a top notch operation. Nothing but expert service, fantastic communication, fair pricing and quality work. MacMyDay is going to be my Mac Repair specialist from now on. Thank you so much. read more

Tommy came to my house to diagnose my dying Mac Desktop (It is 9 yrs. old). He tried to get it up and running and explained a bunch of stuff to me in terms that my non-tech brain could comprehend. he had to take it to his shop. He was able to save most of my files, replaced the hard drive and updated OFFICE all for a very fair price and not a penny over estimate. In one week, I got my desktop back and it is humming along. read more

I have known Tommy Grafman for more than 20 years and have been a huge supporter of MacMyDay since he launched it. He's always available to help me over the phone or easily schedule a house call. We have been using Todd Frank at MacMyDay for several years and he has been nothing but FAST, FAIR and a genuinely great Mac technician for us. We call, and he is here within the day or faster. He knows Mac as well, or better, than the factory does. I have used him for updates, all repairs, and keeping my iMac in top running condition. If I just want advise on how to do a certain thing he will give me exact instructions over the phone, it doesn't get any better than that. My iMac came with a 1tb hard drive but needing more storage I had him put in a 4tb drive and 16gb of RAM, now my iMac just flies! The convenience of not having to take the iMac in to a shop is worth it's weight in gold! On top of all that, he is a really nice guy. read more

My Mac died and I was panicked. Tommy met me, took my computer and returned it better than new. He communicated with me throughout the process and fixed it for less than I thought and less than other quotes I had received. If I have any issues with any of my computers, I'm going straight to MacMyDay. read more

I spilled water on my MacBook and took it to Tommy he charged me around $700 to repair it. I was really happy when I got it back thought it was completely repaired, since that's what I asked him to do with my laptop. I didn't hesitate to pay neither did I ask for a lower price. But now I'm really upset, my keyboard isn't functioning correctly. I had asked him about the warranty before letting him proceed with fixing my laptop and he said it was 60 days. I paid trusting that if something was wrong after he was done repairing my laptop he was going to fix it. I contacted him in that period of time when I found out my laptop wasn't properly repaired and now he is charging me $275 to repair two buttons that don't work on my keyboard. Didn't want to argue about the warranty, since I felt by the way he was replying to me that he just wanted to get rid of me and give me back my laptop, so I just picked up my laptop. Also when I would ask him to give me an appointment to drop off my laptop for him to fix it, he would say that he would text me back because he was overbooked and he wouldn't text me back. I don't recommend this place to fix your laptop, don't risk paying a high amount of money if the company is not willing to keep up with the warranty. read more

Tommy came to my house and upgraded the storage and ram on my aging (but not ready for e-waste) iMac and MacBookPro. After 2 years of taking my computers (laptop, iPad, iPhone) to "professional computer technicians", everything kept getting more disorganized and impaired me from doing the basics such as checking emails or download PDF files. Long story short, everyone claimed they would help me out but never did. Thanks to Jack from iFone Repair Service in Glendale on Broadway, I FOUND TOMMY!!!! Once I called Mac My Day, Tommy was so accommodating after I explained my computer issues and only gave him less than a week to fix my issues. With Christmas around the corner and the little time I gave him to fix everything.... He made my computer priority and GOT IT DONE!!!! Tommy saw how disorganized my computer was left for me to barely function on and completely understood how frustrated I was because he noticed that everyone prior didn't fix the problem, they made it worse! Tommy did a stellar job organizing my photos and music I had scattered all over the place, made sure my external hard drive had all my music, photos and documents stored and even backed up the back up on my iCloud. My experience with him and his quality work inspired me to hire him as my lifelong tech guru. In 8 more months, I will be a Veterinarian and I am looking forward to working with Tommy. I trust his work and his skills and truly am so grateful to have found true help :) read more
