My bestie and I were in desperate need of pedicures and was looking for a place that was luxury and quality. We went on a weekday evening and there wasn't that many people so they were able to take us immediately. Tina was amazing and she has hands of steel so if you're on a desperate need of a foot massage, she's your gal! We opted for the luxury pedicure and it included a hot stone massage, foot wax, warm towel, and massage in a massaging chair. It was what the doctor ordered! There are plenty of chairs so they are able to take a good amount of people when it does get busy. I would recommend making an appointment though if you need to come on the weekend, but I highly recommend this place to everyone who needs an hour of pampering! read more

One star for nice employees and one star for ease of getting in for a pedicure. But I paid $70 for a gel pedicure with callus removal (only a very light treatment was needed) and the work was not good. Hardly any scrubbing of soles and zero callus removal (this is key because it was the only benefit of the more expensive package). However, my biggest complaint is uneven filing of my nails - leaving some rough and not straight edges, and the gel polish wasn't applied to the full nail; there are visible gaps around the sides of the nails. For a $70 basic pedicure, the filing and polish job should be much cleaner. Again, very nice people and no complaints about the place otherwise. But the quality of service was very disappointing for the price. read more

If I could give them ZERO stars I would. My daughter made an appointment for two pedicures at 4:30 On Tuesday, September 16. We arrived at 4:25. They did not start my pedicure until 5:00-THIRTY MINUTES LATE. My daughter's did not get started until 5:20 FIFTY MINUTES LATE. From the get go my tech tried to upsell me, so I agreed to add callous removal so my service should have been $45. My daughter got a basic pedicure which should have been $35. The total should have been $80. When I reviewed my charges THE TECH BILLED ME $110! read more

I recently tried this nail shop in July. So far everyone I have used has been good. My nails last a minimum of three weeks. I would definitely recommend this shop. But hearing the news about the cancer-causing ingredients in gel nails, I am going to look for a shop that uses the products that do not contain cancer-causing ingredients. I suspect it will take a few months for shops to switch over. read more

Excelllent!! I had the BEST experience with nail tech Holly. She really did a nice job on my acrylic nails and was so gentle, it didn't hurt once whereas typically because I have such thin sensitive nails, there are moments where the tools burn. Tina was my technician for my 1st and 2nd visit. I had acrylics with gel and a pedicure with gel. I paid extra to have my feet and legs massaged for a longer period of time. It's really well worth it. Afterward, I had my entire face waxed, nice, and smooth. She did everything I asked. She gave me a cold bottle of DeSanti water and was so eloquent in our conversations. I was a walk-in for a pedicure on a Wednesday afternoon. Not busy when I went, however, I'm pretty sure this place does get really busy so appointments are recommended. I did their deluxe pedicure for $65 which included scrubs, massage, and paraffin wax. I also got gel $15 extra and French tip $5 extra. The shop was very clean and well-kept. Tina did my pedicure and she was very sweet. We had a really nice conversation. :) They only accept cash for tips, so please make sure to bring cash! read more

If I could give 0 stars I would, my nails came out so ugly, they didn't even bother to prep my nails. Every time I told the lady the nail was to thick or the tip wasn't even she gave me a attitude told me no one is going to be looking at my nails or even notice! I got a full set of acrylic nails with french tip and it came to 75$ (including tip). Everyone here is so kind and attentive! My nail artist Heidi made sure I was comfortable and didn't once make me bleed! After coming in originally, the nails I got didn't meet my expectations! However the manager immediately messaged me to ask if I could come in so that they could fix them! When I came back Heidi let me make sure I loved them every step of the way. I saw my friend's toes & asked where she goes. I've been letdown by quite a few salons in the area. She mentioned Luxe Nails & told me to ask for Tina. I made an appt over the phone. When I arrived they were friendly & nice. I was seated right away! (I can't stand when I make an appt & the salons take too many walk-ins & you end up sitting there for 10-20 min in an overcrowded salon because they don't want to miss any money.) Pedicures for me are a way to pamper myself. I don't want to feel in the way, you know?! Tina was so warm & kind! The salon was calm & not overcrowded (10am on a Tues). She listened to every little detail. My toes have never looked better & I'm extremely happy! As much as I don't want to share her, I think it's only fair I give credit to her!! Worth the 40 minute drive! I drive from Murrieta to see Susan, Annie, Daniel and Toby because they are simply the BEST. I am extremely particular with my pedicures. No one compares to Susan's pedicures, she's very detailed, scrubs with the right amount of pressure and her foot massage is perfect. I usually get my manicures with either Toby, Annie or Daniel - it all depends on what I'm getting done. They are all very skilled and great at what they do but what makes the drive out to see them even better...they are truly great people. After 12 years of being their customer (previous location) I've grown to see them as family. read more

On top of that, I booked for a full body wax that was not completed. Please make sure to read everything before booking! I booked last minute because I have been a loyal client for going onto 3 years now. Never been anywhere else. I had no idea it was going to take a pretty lengthy time to get a full body ... The Brazilian itself took 1 hour & a half because the wax kept breaking & she kept burning my skin. She kept moving up & down the temperature on the wax & wasnt confident in her pulls. She then did my legs, & cheeks, & there was no time for my upper torso & arms. Now the owner is sending me threatening me messages because I didn't pay the second half of the uncompleted service. Why would I do that! Our text messages also speak for themselves. This girl is crazy. I am NEVER returning back! The girl who did the wax was SO COOL but she needs to learn some boundaries on what areas to touch when trimming & waxing but it's the owner who makes this a complete nightmare. AVOID this place at ALL COST.

Worked with Jordan twice. I brought my mom in first to get a consultation. My mom had no brow hair…read moreand isn't the best at drawing them in. Jordan was so accommodating and knowledgeable about brows! She made my mom feel comfortable and soon they set a date for the first microblade appointment. My mom doesn't speak any English, but Jordan was able to make things work between the 2 of them. My mom loved the end result. They looks very natural and the color looks great on my moms skin. I came in for my own microblade appointment shortly afterwards. My brows were uneven (when I smile one side is higher than the other) and they hair doesn't grow in the tail. Jordan took my concerns and made excellent suggestions on the shape, placement and color. The consultation was really relaxing. I love my brows and am extremely happy with the end result. Overall, Jordan is extremely passionate about her work and holds herself to a high standard. Her prices are very reasonable for her service. Highly recommend!

She's the one who had always made my brows so full and shaped without taking off too much and without me having to come back in 10 or so days! As it goes to wax other thingsssss..she's very gentle but quick and efficient. I don't dread it. I literally drove over an hour to come see her because 1. she is worth every minute of so-cal traffic and 2. I leave her space feeling like I can conquer anything. Brows on point gets you to that whooooole other level of confidence! Jordan is truly gifted, like I know I sound dramatic..but I'm in the beauty industry as well, so I, myself and super particular and not afraid to say what I want but Jordan always delivers exactly what my brain is thinking. My whole experience with J from start to finish is 100/10.
