If I could give zero stars, I would I only came here because it's close to my house, but I should've never chose this place over my usual spot. Come here if you want to get BUTCHERED. I came here to fix a broken nail and get a fill. The older lady that helped me was chipping away at my nail bed trying to remove my broke nail is the most inhumane way possible, my was already in pain by the way, she was literally stabbing it with that pointy cuticle tool leaving tiny holes in my nail bed and every time she'd hurt me she'd say "it's OK. It's OK." NO it's not OK. I literally was about to cry. And then on top of that instead of walking out like I know I should've done. I decided to stay for the fill since I was already there and it came out super ugly, uneven, and bumpy. She even cut my cuticles a few times and made them bleed, and then would reassure me that she didn't cut me . Then afterwards, she had the nerve to try to force me to give her a five dollar tip. I asked for ones for a reason. She said all she had was fives after snatching away my $10 bill. I snatched it back said I'd be back and never came back. I had to go get them fixed the next day and my Nail that was in pain was literally fixed within five minutes painlessly at my usual spot. DO NOT COME HERE . She is unfit to be a nail tech!!! My daughter and her friend went here and not only was the service poor, but they were EXTREMELY overcharged. They got a 35 dollar pedicure each and the total ended up being 132 dollars. They were pressured into leaving a tip after already saying no because she could barely afford it. When they asked why they were now being charged 55 dollars per pedicure, the technicians could not provide a valid answer. This is a money hungry business that has no shame in scamming young girls for extra cash. Unbelievable- do not go here!! read more

I recently tried this nail shop in July. So far everyone I have used has been good. My nails last a minimum of three weeks. I would definitely recommend this shop. But hearing the news about the cancer-causing ingredients in gel nails, I am going to look for a shop that uses the products that do not contain cancer-causing ingredients. I suspect it will take a few months for shops to switch over. read more

Though the customer service was good, the timing, cost, and outcome of my nails was unsatisfactory. I paid $100 for a pedi/mani that took about 1 hour with two of the ladies working on me at the same time, granted I had made the appointment and it was a the same shade for both my hands and feet. I'm all about having fun and I don't mind paying a little more for good work but the whole time I was there they were just messing around and just not paying attention to their work. I've been here a couple of times before but gotta say this was my last. Too much money for barely satisfactory work. read more

This was the worst nail salon I've ever been too. Charged me $70 for short french tips for acrylic nails. It took me 2.5 hours to get out of the salon. She didn't let me pick my base color, just said "we're going to used this powder because it's pretty and natural". The french tips themselves aren't clean and sharp. The worst customer experience/ service I've ever had. I went here because it was closer to my house. If you want a genuinely good nail salon go to Aria in vista. I tried giving this place the benefit of the doubt but after waking up to yet another nail that somehow snapped off in my sleep, I felt like I had to share. I was growing my natural nails out and came here for a new builder gel set. The nails looked beautiful at first but they felt more "bendy" than usual. by day two, 6/10 nails were splitting on the sides. I couldn't make it to the salon until a few days later so I was having to wrap my fingers in bandaids and try to super glue them together again to hold me off. I should not have to do this to a fresh set. At one point, I went to grab my cat and one of the nails on my ring finger completely ripped off my natural nail and I didn't even do anything crazy. I went back to the salon and they "fixed" the ones that were splitting by filing them down and just putting a new layer of gel on them. He told me to come back in a few days to give the bloody nail some time to heal before they fixed it. Fine. I wait a couple of days. During this time, one of the ones they "fixed" started splitting AGAIN. This time, worse than the last. So there were two nails to be fixed when I went back. This time I asked for completely new nails since this was the third time around, which she did. Now two days after that, another one that was previously "fixed" is splitting off and one somehow snapped off in my sleep?? and I didn't even notice it splitting before so idk how this happened. Needless to say, my natural nails that were so long and beautiful are now several different lengths due to the trauma from this place. Idk what she did the first time but I am very disappointed with the quality of service. Let's see if I go in for a 4th time to "fix" the other two that have broken. AGAIN. I've never had this issue before. This place was not cheap and to have this problem this many times is crazy. read more

Well I am so so happy that I got the chance to re-do my last review about Luxe. As soon as I posted my review the Manager Tobi reached out asking if he could make things right. I went in today and let me tell you this is how you're supposed to feel when you walk out of a salon. I feel great my nails look great. He explained that the girl that did my nails was new and how much he appreciated me for making my review. He has definitely won a new customer. You can tell that he cares about his business and he knows it's the return customers that make the money. My bestie and I were in desperate need of pedicures and was looking for a place that was luxury and quality. We went on a weekday evening and there wasn't that many people so they were able to take us immediately. Tina was amazing and she has hands of steel so if you're on a desperate need of a foot massage, she's your gal! We opted for the luxury pedicure and it included a hot stone massage, foot wax, warm towel, and massage in a massaging chair. It was what the doctor ordered! There are plenty of chairs so they are able to take a good amount of people when it does get busy. I would recommend making an appointment though if you need to come on the weekend, but I highly recommend this place to everyone who needs an hour of pampering! read more

If I could give them ZERO stars I would. My daughter made an appointment for two pedicures at 4:30 On Tuesday, September 16. We arrived at 4:25. They did not start my pedicure until 5:00-THIRTY MINUTES LATE. My daughter's did not get started until 5:20 FIFTY MINUTES LATE. From the get go my tech tried to upsell me, so I agreed to add callous removal so my service should have been $45. My daughter got a basic pedicure which should have been $35. The total should have been $80. When I reviewed my charges THE TECH BILLED ME $110! read more

One star for nice employees and one star for ease of getting in for a pedicure. But I paid $70 for a gel pedicure with callus removal (only a very light treatment was needed) and the work was not good. Hardly any scrubbing of soles and zero callus removal (this is key because it was the only benefit of the more expensive package). However, my biggest complaint is uneven filing of my nails - leaving some rough and not straight edges, and the gel polish wasn't applied to the full nail; there are visible gaps around the sides of the nails. For a $70 basic pedicure, the filing and polish job should be much cleaner. Again, very nice people and no complaints about the place otherwise. But the quality of service was very disappointing for the price. read more
