Tina was my technician for my 1st and 2nd visit. I had acrylics with gel and a pedicure with gel. I paid extra to have my feet and legs massaged for a longer period of time. It's really well worth it. Afterward, I had my entire face waxed, nice, and smooth. She did everything I asked. She gave me a cold bottle of DeSanti water and was so eloquent in our conversations. She really did a nice job on my acrylic nails and was so gentle, it didn't hurt once whereas typically because I have such thin sensitive nails, there are moments where the tools burn. I was a walk-in for a pedicure on a Wednesday afternoon. Not busy when I went, however, I'm pretty sure this place does get really busy so appointments are recommended. I did their deluxe pedicure for $65 which included scrubs, massage, and paraffin wax. I also got gel $15 extra and French tip $5 extra. The shop was very clean and well-kept. I saw my friend's toes & asked where she goes. I've been letdown by quite a few salons in the area. She mentioned Luxe Nails & told me to ask for Tina. I made an appt over the phone. When I arrived they were friendly & nice. I was seated right away! (I can't stand when I make an appt & the salons take too many walk-ins & you end up sitting there for 10-20 min in an overcrowded salon because they don't want to miss any money.) Pedicures for me are a way to pamper myself. I don't want to feel in the way, you know?! Tina was so warm & kind! The salon was calm & not overcrowded (10am on a Tues). She listened to every little detail. My toes have never looked better & I'm extremely happy! As much as I don't want to share her, I think it's only fair I give credit to her!! I got a full set of acrylic nails with french tip and it came to 75$ (including tip). Everyone here is so kind and attentive! My nail artist Heidi made sure I was comfortable and didn't once make me bleed! After coming in originally, the nails I got didn't meet my expectations! However the manager immediately messaged me to ask if I could come in so that they could fix them! When I came back Heidi let me make sure I loved them every step of the way. Worth the 40 minute drive! I drive from Murrieta to see Susan, Annie, Daniel and Toby because they are simply the BEST. I am extremely particular with my pedicures. No one compares to Susan's pedicures, she's very detailed, scrubs with the right amount of pressure and her foot massage is perfect. I usually get my manicures with either Toby, Annie or Daniel - it all depends on what I'm getting done. They are all very skilled and great at what they do but what makes the drive out to see them even better...they are truly great people. After 12 years of being their customer (previous location) I've grown to see them as family. read more

I love my nails! Lily did a great job and was so sweet. I recommend this salwill definitely be back! Update: After my last visit, my nails were hurting pretty bad under the dip. After about two weeks I made it to another salon to have the dip taken off and found my nails were filed so thin that it's painful to have anything touch them. I noticed while I was at Luxe that it was painful and hot while Lily was filing but I ignored it. Now I know not to ignore pain during a manicure. I'm now allowing my nails to grow out to regain their thickness and strength. It's visible how thin my nails were filed and they are literally like paper as they grow off my nail bed and they tear within a day or so. read more

I had not done my nails for several years as I had not found a place that did not burn or obliterate my nail bed. I found Luxe Nails when looking for a place to resume my nail care as my son was getting married and I wanted a full nail set. I started my services with them in October 2022 and I have not stopped going to the usual two week refill/maintenance since then. I've received services from all their staff and I can confidently say that in my experience it's the best place I've encountered. My nail bed hasn't been over filed or burnt, when they have to remove the overlay they do it with care and have not ripped the nail out. I appreciate their honesty and how candid they are when they say "I can make a design similar to the picture"(after all, my nail shape, length, and width may not be the same that the hand model in the picture has), my communication with them is open, respectful and honest, I feel very comfortable with letting them know what I want, and they take time to ensure a job is well done. All the staff here is courteous, respectful, kind, and will go above and beyond for their clients. I've never encountered a rude technician and am always received with a smile. I'm very happy and satisfied with their professionalism and service. With this being said, and because "oopsies" can happen, it is important that the client disclose to the manager if they're not satisfied with the job so the problem can be solved at the moment. It's also paramount to immediately tell the technician if they're in pain as they will not know unless the client informs them. I mention this because I've noticed the trend of some people to react after the service has been given, get a "knee jerk" reaction and sling mud on a Yelp! review as opposed to trying to fix the situation at the moment. Even more egregious is the fact that even when the manager or technician have taken the steps to correct the issue they neglect to mention or acknowledge if the concern was addressed. Furthermore, it is quite unfair if the situation was not addressed at the shop by the client, if the efforts made to correct it are not honestly disclosed to the other reviewers, and if the issue happened due to the reviewer's lack of communication with the technician and/or manager at the moment service was being given. Keep in mind that these actions can damage a small "mom and pop" And the livelihood of those who work there. read more
