I went in this past Sunday for my second pedi from Tyson and hes fantastic! I got the deluxe pedi and I enjoyed it! I have multiple sclerosis and sometimes I need help getting down out of the chair and Tyson is very patient and accomidating. I look forward to my nexf appt. I went back yesterday and saw one of the sisters for dip and a gel pedi. I think her name was Mandy? This time I brought a picture of the shape I wanted and they came out GREAT. As an extra bonus, everyone asked how my birthday was (mentioned it last time) and how I'm liking living in California (which I also mentioned last time)! I was so surprised they remembered. Jack greeted me by name. You can TOTALLY tell they are a tight-knit family. They work seamlessly with each other and as a result it just feels like you're part of the family when you're there. Overall, so happy with my nails and the experience. I've now been coming religiously for a year or so and clearly am enjoying it. The family has gotten into a nice groove and runs the business professionally. Unlike most nail salons I go to, the people here are warm and welcoming. I first called to schedule an appointment and they were flexible with my time and extremely polite. Upon arrival, they were very kind, not like most nail salons where they talk "around" you in their native tongue as though you're not even there. Makes people feel uncomfortable, unwelcome, and as though they are gossiping about the people they are working on. Nancy did my mani while her brother did my pedi. They were both friendly and we had actual conversation with EACH OTHER, not like most places where the workers are talking to each other in a foreign language and pay no regard to the fact that you're sitting there getting your nails done. I was eager to try this place as the overall reviews were positive. I booked my pedi appointment two days before & was told that the schedule was open & was booked with Nancy (who I believe is the owner.) At that time, I also requested someone that was experienced with ingrown toenails as I needed someone that was very experienced. I was told that everyone had experience & not to worry. I didn't have time to drive an hour to go to my regular technician. Who does an excellent job. I wanted to find someone local. The day of my appt, I arrived on time & checked in with the owner's husband who greeted me kindly. I mentioned to him that it was my first time there & I have ingrown toe nails. I wanted to confirm that they were aware & could help me. He acknowledged that they have experience with that & took me to the chair. All the technicians were with clients but figured it was going to be a few minutes until they started on me. 30 minutes later Nancy started on my pedi. I let her know I had ingrown nails. She proceeded with the pedi & finished. I informed her that she didn't get to the ingrowns which she wasn't too happy about. Needless to say, after poking & cutting, she didn't get the ingrowns out & left me with cuts on my skin. She did mention that if she tried anymore on one of the toes it would bleed but fortunately that toe didn't bleed. When I got home, I disinfected my toes & saw that there was nail polish on the bottom of a few of my toes ‍‍ If you have issues with ingrown toenails, DO NOT go here. She did scrub my feet really well though. read more

The vibe here is very friendly and clean. I got a regular manicure/ pedicure and was not happy with the polish application on my fingernails. Very messy with no attention to detail. The regular polish was on my cuticle with uneven layers of polish on my nail, and nails were still rough after being shortened. It was basically common sense- manicure 101, so bad that I didn't say anything. ( plus it was a gift from my daughter). Her gel manicure looked perfect. On my way home I got a polish change at my usual spot and they filed my nails so they were smooth. My regular pedicure here was good. read more
