When I first started going to Smile Nails, my nails were severely damaged from attempting to do my own Gel X manicures. They were incredibly thin, brittle, and splitting in half. I explained to Jack that my goal was to restore my natural nails' health and eventually transition away from using tips. Within just a few months, that's exactly what we accomplished. My nails have never been this strong or healthy, and every time I leave Smile Nails, they look absolutely flawless. Not only do they last a long time, but they also never break. I cannot recommend this salon enough! The quality of work is exceptional, the prices are affordable, and the results speak for themselves. I've been going here for a year now and Smile Nails is truly the best nail salon I've ever been to, I wouldn't go anywhere else! I'd booked pedicures only and on the way my teen asked me if she could get her nails done... I agreed abut warned her that her vision may be hard to create because I dunno how many women usually ask for ducks on their nails. Jack fit her mani in and did an amazing job! I went back yesterday and saw one of the sisters for dip and a gel pedi. I think her name was Mandy? This time I brought a picture of the shape I wanted and they came out GREAT. As an extra bonus, everyone asked how my birthday was (mentioned it last time) and how I'm liking living in California (which I also mentioned last time)! I was so surprised they remembered. Jack greeted me by name. You can TOTALLY tell they are a tight-knit family. They work seamlessly with each other and as a result it just feels like you're part of the family when you're there. Overall, so happy with my nails and the experience. If you are picky (like me), I just recommend bringing a picture and making sure you and your nail tech are on the same page from the start. read more

First time getting a full set and they killed it. This place is amazing, every tech is very friendly and sweet and the salon is clean and has a great ambience. I regret not getting my techs name but he was a gentleman and very patient with me, i tensed up a couple of times since I'm not used to getting them done. My nails turned out gorgeous! I went in this past Sunday for my second pedi from Tyson and hes fantastic! I got the deluxe pedi and I enjoyed it! I have multiple sclerosis and sometimes I need help getting down out of the chair and Tyson is very patient and accomidating. I look forward to my nexf appt. Unlike most nail salons I go to, the people here are warm and welcoming. I first called to schedule an appointment and they were flexible with my time and extremely polite. Upon arrival, they were very kind, not like most nail salons where they talk "around" you in their native tongue as though you're not even there. Makes people feel uncomfortable, unwelcome, and as though they are gossiping about the people they are working on. Nancy did my mani while her brother did my pedi. They were both friendly and we had actual conversation with EACH OTHER, not like most places where the workers are talking to each other in a foreign language and pay no regard to the fact that you're sitting there getting your nails done. The place is clean and well kept. Their pricing is standard maybe a few dollars less than other salons. I will definitely be a return customer and highly recommend this nail salon. read more

I was eager to try this place as the overall reviews were positive. I booked my pedi appointment two days before & was told that the schedule was open & was booked with Nancy (who I believe is the owner.) At that time, I also requested someone that was experienced with ingrown toenails as I needed someone that was very experienced. I was told that everyone had experience & not to worry. I didn't have time to drive an hour to go to my regular technician. Who does an excellent job. I wanted to find someone local. The day of my appt, I arrived on time & checked in with the owner's husband who greeted me kindly. I mentioned to him that it was my first time there & I have ingrown toe nails. I wanted to confirm that they were aware & could help me. He acknowledged that they have experience with that & took me to the chair. All the technicians were with clients but figured it was going to be a few minutes until they started on me. 30 minutes later Nancy started on my pedi. I let her know I had ingrown nails. She proceeded with the pedi & finished. I informed her that she didn't get to the ingrowns which she wasn't too happy about. Needless to say, after poking & cutting, she didn't get the ingrowns out & left me with cuts on my skin. She did mention that if she tried anymore on one of the toes it would bleed but fortunately that toe didn't bleed. When I got home, I disinfected my toes & saw that there was nail polish on the bottom of a few of my toes ‍‍ If you have issues with ingrown toenails, DO NOT go here. She did scrub my feet really well though. read more

Had to rewrite a review on this place because I had forgotten I tried it and didn't like it and wound up back here for a nail appt. I've now been coming religiously for a year or so and clearly am enjoying it. The family has gotten into a nice groove and runs the business professionally. My manis and pedis last way longer than they were at a previous salon and their color selection is A+++. Recommend calling to book an appointment since it's a small staff and they do get booked up read more

This was my first time at this nail salon and I am obsessed with my nails! I can't stop staring at them Mandy did an amazing job and helped me pick out the colors because it was my first time doing the powder dip. I went with ombré and they turned out amazing!! Highly recommend Mandy and coming here. She took great care of me and was so nice to talk to! Without hesitation the manager informed the employee to ring up my photo at have price and on top of that printed out a $10 off coupon (had to purchase something $10 or greater, which was fine since I needed to get a card). So I basically got the photo free. They showed me the app that they use for the passport photo before printing it out and handing it to the customer. They follow the guidlines. I didn't find anything wrong with the first passport photo. Crossing my finger that this photo will suffice. I've never had any issues receiving my lab results, and the staff have always been professional and courteous. My only suggestion would be to consider accommodating patients who have already checked in before the cutoff time, especially those who arrive before the 15-minute mark leading up to closing. It can be disappointing to complete the check-in process only to learn there isn't enough time to be seen. Overall, this is still one of my preferred locations for lab work because of the friendly staff and efficient service. I go here EVERYTIME I get my nails done. Everyone is so friendly and they know me by name. I've brought friends and family there and they all say how great the place is. Each person there takes such pride in their work and spend lots of time on your nails to make sure they are perfect and you're happy with them. Today, I called again specifically requesting Tara, and once again I was told that she does not do gel manicures and that if I wanted that service, I would need to book with someone else. I completely understand if the nail technician I want is unavailable at the time or on the day I'm requesting. That is not the issue. The problem is receiving conflicting information and feeling like my request for a specific technician is repeatedly being disregarded. This has happened before as well. I once requested a pedicure with Tara and was booked with someone else instead. The receptionist has also been rude, confused appointment times, and then blamed the clients for the confusion. It's extremely frustrating because when you find a nail technician whose work you love, you naturally want to continue booking with that person. Instead of simply being honest about Tara's availability, I have repeatedly been given inconsistent information or booked with someone else. Tara is wonderful and does excellent work. My review is not a reflection of her service at all. Unfortunately, the way appointments are handled at the front desk has made me no longer want to return to this salon
