So amazing! She saved me from this horrible nail job that I previously got a few days before. My nails were already lifted and my nails were very sensitive from all the damage the other girl did. But when I came here, she soaked my nails and taught me what's really supposed to be done. She's a life saver and my nails came out AMAZING! She's very passionate about what she does, very easy to talk to, and I had the best experience. I def found my new nail tech! The best in north SD. I would definitely recommend!

I have been going to Dina for years now! She is beyond talented and her creativity is amazing. I can give her a color scheme and she always leaves me speechless with nail art! I had acrylics, gel and hard gel done by her and they all look great. I always get complimented by others on her work. During this crazy time she's even made custom press on nails for anyone who ask you wouldn't be able to tell the difference between hard gel or press ons!! She meets all my crazy nail art demands and I'll never go to anyone else!

I have not been disappointed once in my multiple appointments with Dina! She perfectly captures the shape and length I want each time and does an amazing job at matching any photo references I bring in. 10/10 recommend her for all nail services :)

I am always apprehensive of new nail salons as I'm fairly new to the area still and have only been to two other salons in the few years I've been here. However, Luxe Nails Lounge has surpassed and exceeded my expectations with the last three visits. Julie is my new favorite artist. She listens, explains why she can or can't do things and is very transparent, and loves to try new things and gets excited with every idea. I will be coming back for her and the staffs overall warm and welcoming attitudes. Very accommodating with drinks and they even helped get my bangs out of my face when Julie was doing my nails lol. Love this salon, I'd give it 100/10 if I could!

They always offer me water when I sit down (which I love), and they take their time with nail prep so everything comes out clean and lasts. I never feel rushed and always leave so happy with my nails. Toby recently did accent nails for me with hand-drawn initials and it came out incredible! He's seriously talented when it comes to detailed designs. Their prices are also really reasonable for the quality you get. I'm honestly so grateful I found this place and highly recommend :)

I walked in for a builder gel removal, manicure, and pedicure, and the total came to $60; they normally charge $15 for builder gel removal, but it drops to $10 if you add another service, and the pedicure itself was only $30. The only drawback is the mandatory tablet check-in which requires you to share your name, email, and phone number. However, the service from my technician, Linda, was excellent as she was both sweet and professional. This is definitely a place that I'll come back to again and again.

As someone who loves nail art, I decided to go out of my way and give them a try. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. I went in for a simple polish change and nail shaping, but was persuaded to get a fill instead. During the service, I asked the technician to lower the speed of the electric file because it was hurting my nail bed, and I requested a round shape since oval or almond didn't seem to be an option. Rather than accommodating these basic requests, the technician refused to continue, stating that "her power and mine wouldn't match." The owner later suggested it may have been a language barrier, but even after understanding my concerns, she said she couldn't make the technician complete the service. This was after a significant amount of product had already been removed from three of my nails. I even offered to have everything removed and let another technician finish with a simple manicure, but that was also unsuccessful. To make matters worse, I was told that this technician was the only one who works with that product and that I should consider going to their "sister" location. At that point, I chose to leave, feeling frustrated and disrespected. What concerns me most is the reasoning behind the refusal. The owner stated I appeared scary when I walked in. All in all, I can't help but question whether it was due to me advocating for my comfort and service preferences--or something more (as in race and stature). As a professional and educator, I simply expect to be treated with care and respect as a paying customer. This was one of the worst salon experiences I've had. I would not recommend this business. There are many other salons that  value their clients--save your time and go elsewhere.
