This is the first time I got a French manicure and it was a crappy job on the white tips. They don't file and shape your nails and do a crappy job trimming my husbands nails. I think they should charge less for men since no polish is involved. Most of the salons around are the same crappy work and service. I do like that's it's easy to book an appt online or by phone. Still looking for that great pedi and service. I'm happy to pay for great work and service. It was $97 for the both of us and $20 tip. Not cheap and not great!

I have always been greeted right away with a friendly attitude, and they give you a small bottle of water when you sit down for your service. I came in without an appointment a week after getting a pedicure there, because I stepped on something at home which caused my toenail polish to chip, and they welcomed me into a chair right away and touched up that toe and a few others that needed it free of charge. Today, I called again specifically requesting Tara, and once again I was told that she does not do gel manicures and that if I wanted that service, I would need to book with someone else. I completely understand if the nail technician I want is unavailable at the time or on the day I'm requesting. That is not the issue. The problem is receiving conflicting information and feeling like my request for a specific technician is repeatedly being disregarded. This has happened before as well. I once requested a pedicure with Tara and was booked with someone else instead. The receptionist has also been rude, confused appointment times, and then blamed the clients for the confusion. It's extremely frustrating because when you find a nail technician whose work you love, you naturally want to continue booking with that person. Instead of simply being honest about Tara's availability, I have repeatedly been given inconsistent information or booked with someone else. Tara is wonderful and does excellent work. I showed up 5 mins early- a technition directs me there will be a 10 min wait, I remind him that I have a 3pm appointment including my name. 10 mins later he directs me to a seat to sit-- mind you I have noticed there are only 2 techs working in the salon and neither are 10 mins frm finishing there service. I'm no dummy so I say " you want me to sit in water for 15-20 mins while you finish your client when I had an appointment ??!! Yes I did sit in the seat with the cold water, I brought this to his attention before he walked away so he added scalding hot water to warm things up -- grrrr -- I sat for 10 mins took my feet out for a minute because I was uncomfortable due to him not turning the foot machine on -- He walked over and asked if I wanted my feet dried, I said "no , I am just taking them out for a moment" his was response was " you took them out so I wasn't sure" ---grrrrr--- mind you I have not raised my voice but I am being adamant in my words and thoughts. The lines aren't even, the polish is uneven and there are literally areas that look unfinished. this cost me $70. SEVENTY. DOLLARS. I'm not someone who expects every nail to be absolutely perfect or speak up about mistakes but there is a massive difference between having minor imperfections and paying $70 for a set that looks rushed and unfinished. What makes this even more frustrating is that I've been a customer here for a YEAR. I've continued coming back despite the smaller issues because I liked the place enough to keep giving it my business. But today genuinely made me question why I'm paying this much for work that I could have gotten done by my little cousin... I'm just in shock $70 for THIS is ridiculous.
