Emily asked if one of the other people could do the foot and leg massage. I said sure and the owner who greeted me actually came over to finish my service . He was very pleasant and gentle. I understand they were busy, however they told me I could sit down in a chair to wait for pedicure. I sat in the chair for 45 min before anyone came over. No one even put water in the bin for my feet to soak. I just sat in the chair. Then some couple came in, and maybe they made an appointment, but they got helped right away.
