MOREOVER, WHEN I ASKED ABOUT IT HE DID NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR IT AND BLAMED ME! I understand people make mistakes, but I expect a man of character to OWN his mistake, admit to it and make it right. This is a low character person who blamed and charged me for his mistake! Chances are this guy will likely give you a decent pedicure but beware if anything goes wrong. He will show his true colors by becoming defensive, he'll get an attitude and find a way to blame you (I was/am very non confrontational by the way).
