This is my second time in years getting my nails done here, and I only tried again bc I thought maybe they would have improved in years gone by. I had my nails done two days ago with gel and tips done long. The first attempt by one woman was terrible. The owner then said she'd fix it. At first when done I thought it looked fine but as I left I realized they were just as bad. It's very difficult to build a round natural nail shape in the middle with gel. My nails look flat and warped and not even. Maybe they are better with acrylic but I'm extremely dissatisfied with my gel nails. They're basically wasted money. So unfortunate. I don't have it on me to call and ask for my money back. They also already look like I need a fill. I shortened them more so they'd look a little better but I'm embarassed. I dont get my nails done often but needed to for work and now have to get them redone somewhere. SMH. Maybe the photos don't reflect but they look worse in person.
