I went here for the first time and was giving them a chance. First of all Sheyla took 3 hours for a simple set. And 2 nails broke the next day. I asked her if I could come in to get them fixed and she said she was booked but she would ask the other girls and she never replied since. This place is not professional at all. I am so pissed off right now, I been getting my nails done by Wendy the owner for almost a year now. I would have to say that see does good work. But as a business owner her customer services skills SUCK. I have a 5pm appointment with Wendy today 12/30/19 and 3 hours before my appointment she decided to send a text out saying she's gone for the day and that she will be back on 1/7/20 so if we want to call or make another appointment we can. I honestly don't even know where to begin. I was so excited to get my nails done here and unfortunately I COMPLETELY REGRET it. This review is pretty much based on the nail tech I had, because while I was watching the other two, I was envious I didn't get one of them! I originally had an appointment with Kendra but had an emergency and had to reschedule with Cat. First of all, when I arrived I got the most cold shoulder "hi" and that was it, she never really initiated a conversation just the basic questions about style, shape and length. So, I sat down and she just started working on my nails. This nail shop is cute and small but that can also be a negative thing and this time it was because I was sweating my ass off. The girl next to me was offered the fan by her nail tech (Kendra) where as mine was zoned in on her work, she probably didn't noticed I was sweating. Now, with how "zoned in" my nail tech is into her work, you'd think my nails would've been phenomenal... yea, me too. Well, I had gone awhile without getting my nails done so my cuticles were grown out, usually when I get my nails done the nail tech uses the drill to just shave them off... not this nail tech. She just put the acrylic around them.. Two of my nails are completely shorter than the other and three of them are completely crooked (and trust me, it's not my finger that do like this). Not even 24 hours later my beads were falling off my nails, and my shellac top coat is chipping. I usually don't complain when there's a few things wrong, if it were just one thing I would've never wrote this review, but because there's so many things wrong with my nails, I felt like it was acceptable. I still tipped her what I normally tip and went about my day because I'm not the one to cause a scene especially when the room is full of people. I just won't be getting my nails done here again, and if I did it will be by anyone other than Cat. read more

I know Wendy and Karla get booked but I don't appreciate getting called last minute by Wendy on 3 separate occasions for her to cancel my appointment and being told she (Wendy) would call me back right away to reschedule. I did call later in the week to complain and got a less than enthusiastic response from Karla. I don't know if they just are so busy they don't care if they lost a customer here and there. I hadn't been back in a couple of months. I called last week (early Sept 2017) to get an appt for a gel nail fill. Cat answered the call and totally didn't understand what I wanted. Appointment was made. I called today to check to make sure they could do a gel fill, was told they don't do that and I cancelled the appointment. I told Karla I had talked to Cat when I made the appt with Wendy and Cat obviously didn't understand what I was asking for, her response. again, was less than concerned. Ok so I don't like to be this person that's petty and rights bad reviews but I'm EXTREMELY disappointed with the outcome of my service. I got my nails about 2 weeks ago... I got basic nails nothing crazy, my manicurist was super sweet and even offered to do some hollow glyptic or something like that on my nails and I loved them!!! I had to go back a week later just to get them reshaped which was fine cause I haven't had nails in like forever... so I was aware that I would have to go back probably and paid for them to be reshaped and then I added some chrome to the rest of them. When I went back my nails were already chipped a little but didn't get fixed which was no big deal it wasn't really noticeable.... ALL my nails are chipped now and look disgusting... I called to see if I would have to pay to get them taken off... I was informed I would have to pay... asked so I have to pay for nails to be removed that are already chipped and basically falling off... yes... I'm not really happy about that I understand that it's a business and what not but still.... I've been here a few times before and was always really happy with them but unfortunately this time was different. So now I have ugly nails that are ripping my current nail off which is great .
