I haven't been to another nail tech who will match your skin tone when doing french. She takes into consideration the color of your french tip as well and will choose the best base color for you so that it looks super cohesive. I have been going to Nikki for several years and love that she is always willing to take on the challenge of my crazy design ideas! She is so versatile and can recreate any nail inspirations I bring to her. I get stopped daily and asked who does my nails so if getting amazing designs is what you are wanting look no further! Her shop is clean and offers a huge array of colors. I trust Nikki and her skills to get the job done right, so much so that I started bringing my teenage daughter to start getting her nails done as well. I was a little worried when my daughter wanted designs, as her nails are so much smaller than mine but Nikki pulls it off each time! She is patient with my daughter and always makes sure she is comfortable with what she is doing. I always book a few weeks in advance for my follow up appointments and have never had an issue getting on the books. I'm very disappointed with my set I was so close of telling her just to remove them. As soon as I walked into her salon I knew it was just going to be bad, she was on the phone while I was at her table, her room was dirty, her "soiled" tool box was out on the table as I watched her grab tools from there. She literally RUSHED my nails like she didn't have time for me and this is what I got. She did not clean my natural nails everywhere else I've been they always soak my nails clean the cuticles and file my natural nail. This lady just removed my polished and glued on the acrylic nails. Once the fake nails were on she didn't bother cleaning under my nails or taking her time with the shape or color. I'm so very disappointed. read more

She's tries her best to accommodate to you for appointments and requests. Communication is key and she really puts in the work and listens to what you want. I haven't done my nails in ages I usually don't do colors I like black but today I went in and wanted a dark orange unfortunately she didn't have that but recommend this color. I thought it was going to be lighter but I'm really glad it went a little darker. I paid $90 for my nails and it didn't even look like the picture I showed her. Nikki rushed through my appointment and was very harsh with handling my hands. She did little to no nail prep around cuticle area. I asked for a matte design and although she warned the nails could stain with the matte nail polish I thought I could get away with it since I don't use any type of chemicals on a regular basis. My nails did end up staining after TWO DAYS. Why wouldn't she bother to get a better product? I asked her to fix them or give me a refund and she said she "didn't have time" and that she would not refund me. The whole experience was very unpleasant and I highly recommend you DO NOT GO TO HER. You can get way better treatment at a nail salon without the boutique pricing. read more

She's been doing my nails for months now and I love every single one!! She's amazing 100% recommended

I had recently just found her on IG and I decided to give her a shot I messaged her asking for her availability, after I had confirmed my appt time I asked her if she needed some sort of deposit since she didn't ask for a deposit before booking. Keep in mind I'm a new client coming to her, she replied with " yes, you haven't done that? " No where on her IG does she have her payment methods so how was I supposed to know where to send the deposit. I came to my appt as scheduled she was 30 mins behind but I didn't mind, when I first walked in I fell in love with her set up, few mins in the appt I felt very awkward, I didn't feel welcomed and I understand she doesn't need to make a conversation but that gives a bad reputation for her. I tried to make a convo but she would keep it short, another thing is that she had her " soiled " box near the table and she was using the soiled tools on me. After she was done with my set I really loved my nails, I didn't see anything wrong. When I got to the car I had noticed that there was small dust particles on my nails and it wouldn't come off, and 2 of my nails were crooked and badly shaped, I didn't notice when I was getting them done until I got in the car. I didn't message her because I know she's booked. 4 weeks later I messaged her if she can do a soak off, on the day of my appt I had told her that I would come in for a soak off in a few weeks and she agreed. When I messaged her to get a soak off she asked me if it was only a soak off I said yes, she then replied with " I don't just soak them off, any regular nail salon will do that ". She should've told me before agreeing the first time, and I had told her that I was not getting a new set the first time when I had asked in her salon. I messaged her a few weeks after to book an appt and give her a second try, she was maybe having a rough day I thought. But when I asked if she had any opening for a specific day she left me on seen. Which I don't mind but she could've simply replied with yes or a no. After this I will never be going back, bad service overall. read more
