I have Michael as my tech he is fast and my gel nails look so clean my dead cuticles are removed and treatment is relaxing nails come out beautiful as well as my pedicured feet come out looking amazing. Jenifer is also amazing she really takes pride with her manicures and pedicures she take her time to make sure your happy. At the end of the treatment she does amazingly beautiful work. This salon used to be Super busy, but after Covid, they lost a lot of customers. They still do a great job, and take walk -ins. Like everything else, prices are up, but they'll give you estimate of cost over the phone. Painted Santa Hats, free hand on my nails for Christmas. ADORABLE!! WORST pedicure ever!! Hardly any time was spent on prepping my toenails, the bottoms of my feet were barely scrubbed, and nothing felt clean here. This review isn't even enough to show how amazing Kim is. I've been getting my manicures here for 20 years and my mother has for 25+ years. Nothing compares to Crystal Rose. I've moved away before and could never find anyone even close to how talented Kim is. I always get gel and Kim gets the shape, style, color, and design perfect! These pictures don't even do justice to the nails. Throughout all of Covid they have taken every measure to make sure they are safe and hygienic. It has always been a clean and relaxing nail salon to go to. I highly recommend Jenn for pedicures! She is the only reason I can still wear flip flops. Yeah - I'm looking at my nails, which are just shot after less than two weeks. This is why I prefer dip, which when done well can last up to a month. I went to this location because Yelp reviews were good. I walked in and the place was calming, quiet (two other customers with three total workers), and everything was matching and clean (I know that sounds silly, but ambiance gives that calming effect we all could use right now!). I was taken immediately because of another customer's no-show for their appointment. My manicure was $18 and she was thorough, not rushing, didn't hurt me, and was personable! This is how you should feel while getting a service!!! I will be back. Next time, I intend on trying a pedicure. Last but not least, best part is... it's right by Salon Centric!!! read more

I went in for a Gel manicure and Kim didn't even bother putting on a top coat after being so distracted with other clients. Mind you, there was only 2 people there. This was the worst nail salon experience I've ever had. I'm so disappointed. I got my acrylics taken off and a manicure. The whole process was rushed. I still had bits of acrylic on my nails afterwards. The "manicure" I received was also rushed and definitely did not feel like a well given manicure. The final product looks terrible. The polish is uneven and too thin. The way she filed my nails are completely uneven and paper thin! Experience aside, nothing is being sanitized. This was very unsettling. This place has so many highly rated reviews, I thought I'd give it a try. They charge the same prices as other places, so I hoped I'd receive a similar quality experience. This was not the case. I went with my mother, as well, and she had almost as bad of an experience as I did. I wish I hadn't payed for my manicure. I'm very upset. read more

Rose! This woman is a gift, a blessing, and a favorite. Her hands are incredibly gentle! By far, this was the best pedicure I've received probably in my whole life. She was gentle, actually gentle. Rose took her time with cleaning up my cuticles (didn't knick or cut me at all)! She filed my nails gently, she did everything with actual care. I know you all will understand me when I say most pedicures these days are rough and rushed. Being offered the best scrubs and wax foot masked does not make the experience better and Rose gets this. They do take card, but it's quicker, easier, and often cheaper if you pay in cash. -Book an appointment: as you can tell, they are a highly favored salon, and have many regulars. Though among those regulars, they try to accommodate as many people as possible. Sometimes that means you'll be waiting a few minutes for your appointment to start, but just know that is because they rarely turn away a customer, which I believe is commendable and considerate of those seeking service.
