They are very good here. Prices are about the same as everywhere else. Its a relaxing atmosphere and the people are really nice. My only issue would be one time I got my eyebrows done and broke out like crazy afterwards. Which never happens. I am not going to speculate on that though. Everyone was so friendly when I walked in and they were able to get me in for a pedicure right away. I got the deluxe pedicure for $40. I called, and I told them if they're available, I need a service right away and they said they are avaliable now. I went there, they may pedi, then a person came to do mani for me. I mentioned that I don't want any mashin used on my nail, that person left and another person came, put foil on my existing gel, then she left I was waiting 1 hour and 30 minutes with foils on my nail, also cut my finger while putting a nail on. Found this place a couple nights ago because my usual spot was busy and wouldn't see me timely. I went on Yelp and typed in nail salons and called them before making my way over. They were very nice on the phone and offered to see us almost immediately when we got there. Very appreciative. Upon approval, we were greeted by the entire team and welcomed. I'm a firm believer that you have to try a place out a few times before making a judgement call. I've been here three times now and I really, reallly wanted to love it. It had great Yelp reviews, was conveniently located near my home and I've been searching for a good nail place to be a regular at. I tried a pedicure (I even paid extra for the extra good one) and a gel manicure twice. Unfortunately, none of them were worth going back to. $27 for a Gel Manicure- not bad but definitely not a steal compared to comparable options in the area. Was cut pretty badly once (with no acknowledgement from the nail tech) and neither of them came with any arm/hand massage of any kind. I made an appointment two times and they took walk ins before me while I was waiting 20 minutes past my appointment time. The manicurists weren't friendly and talked in Vietnamese loudly the entire time which was frankly rude. They rush to get you done and half fast the service to move on to the next customer. I don't understand how this place has such good reviews. After three visits and really giving it a shot, I've never left happy. I'll continue looking for a good salon in the area! read more

I have been coming here for years and I came in for my nails to get cut down & a fill!well they told me needed a new set and I said I just got a new set 3 months ago, we they told me that they wouldn't help me unless I got a new set! I am a firm believer that customer service is just as important as the service the individual is receiving. I was visiting with my friend from out of town, and she wanted to take me to get my nails done at one of her favorite shops. My experience at Creative Design was that the male nail tech that was doing my nails raise his voice at me after there was some confusion about me getting dip nails or acrylics. My friend was the one getting dip nails and I was getting an acrylic fill (which we called in advance and told them). He then told my friend that I told him dio nails and that it was my fault... After the confusion was cleared up he then proceeded to aggressively flip my hands around while filling and painting my nails and tossed my hands after he was done with them. When I went to pay for my friend and I's nails I gave a small tip because I was not happy with the way that I was treated, and he then made a comment about how much I had tipped and basically demanded a higher tip, and stormed off after I was done signing the receipt. I am giving them two stars because my nails were done well, but treating somebody as rudely as I was treated is not acceptable if you want to keep receiving business. Furthermore, I had a conversation with my friend afterwards and she had said that when she and another friend had gone to this same shop about a month ago, and a similar thing happened with a female nail tech with them demanding a tip as well. My biggest feedback for the shop is treat customers nicely and you will get a better tip, but if you continue to treat customers poorly then they're not going to want to tip you or continue to see you for your services, and when you receive any tip make sure you say "thank you". read more

She was shoving my hand around after I told her the coloring was right and got upset and said I had to pay her because she did all the work that she did not finish . Refuse to remove them and or to fix them. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL. I don't think the style I asked for was complicated but if she wasn't able to do it she should've just told me. I would have 100% ask for something different. I've been trying to get a hold of a manager but nobody wants to talk to me and they refuse to give me a refund/ fix the nails. He listened to what I wanted my nails to look like, I was really disappointed after getting my nails done at another place last week the lady out so much acrylic powder she literally made my fingers look fat!? Not even sure how that's possible ?! I got ombré, coffin shaped + gel for $50, done by Tammy. The shape is perfect. The length is consistent. They aren't too thick. The COLORS ARE BLENDED NICELY!!!!! I'm going to need to start booking appointments with her instead of just walking in lol. My friend got chrome powder in like a cool oil slick color, almond shaped + gel, also $50 and done by Vy. Again, the shape was spot on. The length and thickness were perfect for my friends hands. Mine took about an hour, but it was slow and Tammy was taking her time which I greatly appreciate. My friends took a little longer, again Vy was taking her time & the chrome process took a bit longer to do. Great experience, worth every penny! read more

NINA IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. These acrylics are more than 3 weeks old and I still get compliments on them. Nina has done my nails for over a year now. Whether I bring in a picture of a design or shape or just come in not knowing what do, she does OUTSTANDING work. You can tell she's truly passionate about her work and making her clients happy. If your nail breaks, she will correct it. If you don't like something, she will correct it. There has never been a day that I'm not satisfied. I always come out of the salon smiling and feeling good. The prices are very affordable and reasonable. As you can see here my acrylics have grown out from nails growing, but they still look amazing and DO NOT break. If you're looking for someone who understands what you want this is your girl! Please please please understand that she's a person too and she probably cannot make an EXACT design from a different nail tech but it will be very similar and precise.
