I got a dip mani here and the guy who did my nails was rough and didn't really listen. The lady who worked there was very kind and tried to meditate, but it was too late. The first impression of this place was bad, and so was the last. Some red flags: I already had dip on and the nail tech only 50% filed it off. He did it very haphazardly and when I asked, he said it was okay because we were doing dip over it. OKAY, what do I know- I am not a professional. I literally had old dark powder dip on my nails and he didn't shape or clean up my nails prior to the dip at all. Anyways, this was uncomfortable for me and he kept telling me to relax my fingers and I tried, but I could not relax since he was just forcefully dipping my nails into the pot. The lady laughed and was like, is it this your first powder? UH NO. It is a chore to sit through a manicure with someone not listening and doing a shoddy job. Maybe he was having a bad day, but I don't to pay for a nail service with free negative energy! It came out lumpy and the top by the cuticle started lifting and peeling in 4 days. I hadn't used the cotton ball/ foil method to remove gel in years, but I was over it and couldn't look at that mess. Elite charged me too much for a manicure that lasted less than a week...one I had to remove myself! read more

This place is trash. I came in with my wife and expected great service because my wife had been here once before and recommended it. However, I got the worst possible treatment. I waited 20 minutes before my pedicure even started. So my feet got to soak in water for this whole time. I should also say I asked for a deluxe pedicure and got treated like I came in with a Groupon deal for free service. Barely cut my nails. Barely touched my cuticles, took out an ingrown so I'm thankful for that, gave my Calais a wipe, and the massage felt as good as when I put a sock on. I am Never returning. These people are too busy trying to do it fast because they don't want people to leave. But if you want returning customers and good tips. You need to focus on the customer in front of you and why they came in. Not the customers waiting. In this type of business there is no fast and good. I do NOT recommend this place at all. Leaving a star for the ingrown that was removed. Do not come here. Find a better place. read more

I've been coming here since 2009 and the service is always excellent. Over the years I've gotten my hands manicured with and without acrylic. Today I tried powder, and as always they look great. Their pedicures are really relaxing and beautiful as well. I love to get the whole works. In 2012 my daughter and I came in with her bridesmaids and we all had a wonderful time. I went ahead and picked my color and didn't have to wait that long. An older lady helped me and asked if I wanted the $28 Spa Pedi and I'll only pay $8 more plus tip of course. She went back in to see if they would fix them and they still said they would only fix 5 nails!!! if they fix the set they would charge the full amount!. How are you only gonna fix 5 nails?! It was their poor service and the poor quality of product and still charge her for fixing their mistake or poor quality work? She has been a good customer for over 10 years. She has also been told that if she had any concerns of the work, to please feel free to let them know since they are the new owners. She did and they did nothing to make it better but to charge her still half price to fix the rest of the nails. I think they lost a good customer! read more

Massage was roughly 1.5 minutes when five were advertised. Then she poured alcohol on my open wound and laughed when it obviously hurt. Nails were painted and I was done before my husband even got lotion. So I waited. Then the weirdest part - after my husband was done (like 20 minutes after I was done, polish and all), someone else came over and started cutting his nails again! Oh where to start I used to go here for 1 person specifically and if she wasn't there I would let my nails grow out because no one else is touching my nails but her. Apparently this place got a new owner recently. Let me start at the beginning I called about a month ago to make an appointment with Daisy and they said she wasn't in that day and I quote "we can do better" I thought it was odd but I was like oh I'll call back in a couple days then and that was that. I called a couple days later and same thing "we can do better, she's not here right now". I said okay and considered scheduling an appointment because at this point my nails needed to be done but My boyfriends mom ended up recommending a place so I got them done there and they did a pretty good job but it wasn't my nail tech lol 2.5 weeks go by and I need them done again. I call and they said the same thing and I was like oh is she on vacation because I remember she is also a January baby and they said "she doesn't work here anymore but we can do better" I was like oh where does she work now is she okay and they hung up on me! My loyalties are to Daisy and her work. My mother and me have been going to her for 12+ years. Very unprofessional and toxic of this place.
