I had a terrible experience with Duy. I went in for a fill, and he rushed through the appointment and did a very sloppy job. My nails started chipping after just two days, and the acrylic was too thin. I ended up having to remove them and pay to get them redone elsewhere. He was also very rough and just annoyed for no reason. He used a metal drill bit at high speed, hit my skin multiple times, and even dug into my fingers with his own long nails while removing polish. He didn't seem friendly and acted like he was in a hurry the entire time. I only went because of the good reviews, but this was honestly the worst nail experience I've ever had. Went to this salon planning to get a full set of Gel X nails, acrylic removal on my toes, and the spa pedicure with gel polish. After being seated, the technician told me Gel X would be $60. I pulled up the coupon from their own website and showed it to her -- she said okay and walked away. A manager then came over and said they couldn't honor the coupon. So which is it? One employee already approved it, then suddenly it's not valid? She tried to "fix" it with a weak 10% discount, which I declined. If you're not going to honor what's advertised on your own website, that's on you. I told them I'd just finish the pedicure (since it had already started) and leave. The woman doing my pedicure was decent attitude wise and results were fine. I will say while starting my nails, i noticed the old lady pulled out dirty used tools and also burned me twice and became rude when I wouldn't let them overcharge me. Completely unprofessional experience. I won't be coming back. Poor customer service, no tip for you, MWAH! read more

I have cuts and blood on almost all my fingers from over gluing then not separating my skin from the acrylic-then filing aggressively. However One popped off so they had to fix that one. This was my first time here, the receptionist was lovely and had great energy but I'm dissatisfied with my design. I don't think the design itself was overly complicated. The artist,Phi made his own version which is not awful but it's not at all like the picture in my opinion. I am not one to speak up but I did as he attempted to draw black vines in lieu of the leaves. The lighter nails are uneven in color, not capped, and the rest look bubbly.
