I've never seen pedicures cost this much! The tech. spoke in their language, laughing, I said I guess I'll get the 115.00, Well, when I went to pay, which was 178.00, to include 20.00 dollar tip. I told the receptionist I've never paid so much for a pedicure, she said here let me show you the options, I told her there were only 2 options presented to me. So nail tech. and maybe assist. Manager came over, explained this again, Assist. manager said there were more choices, again I told her only two were presented to me, they should me another book that opened with choices, I said again this wasn't presented to me. She then said the only thing we can do is refund your tip. I know the big question, when you saw the prices why didn't you decline, Well I had a event to go to, and my feet were already in the water, waiting for nail tech. I receive a phone call from the owner stating that his niece did not charge for my nails and that I needed to come back and pay an additional $67.00 dollars for the fill. Grant it I had the cheapest pedicure with a fill, and yes, I did question $59.00 because after paying I felt that was such a deal. I am pretty positive that as an owner once services have been paid for that if your employee makes the mistake of not charging the correct amount, you cannot call a customer back in to pay an additional amount, after the call I was like I am not coming in now. I did state that I would be back tomorrow, but I do not feel that it is legal. I had texted the number to express my feelings on the matter but never received any response.

It's just a simple french tip, she did not apply any more acrylic or anything just filed off the chipped color and repainted. I totally expected to pay for a color change and leave a tip for her time but $43 is absurd.
