I rarely leave reviews, but unfortunately this was a really unpleasant experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt chaotic and anything but relaxing. The man at the front appeared to have a cold and was coughing and sniffling the entire time. He was also listening to something on his phone at full volume. I was the only customer in the salon, yet the staff were loudly talking across the room to one another the entire visit, and cell phones were constantly going off with text notifications. It honestly felt stressful rather than calming. The pedicure itself was okay, but especially for the price, I expected a much better overall experience. The massage portion was also incredibly painful. I normally enjoy deep tissue massage, but this honestly felt more like torture than relaxation. I just had a baby two months ago, and this was my first time away from him. I was really hoping for a peaceful, relaxing experience and instead left feeling more anxious and overstimulated than when I arrived. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this place to others looking for a relaxing salon experience. read more

I've never left a nail salon not wanting to go back , specifically due to customer service . I got a full set and pedicure here and I now have lots of pain in my toe from improper technique of the nail cutting . I didn't have problems with this months prior weeks or days They also didn't cut my cuticles at all or file them down . And I had to go to another salon to repay to get this fixed . Also winny insulted me calling me out of my name and making jokes until he realized I have already previously visited the salon . I asked for the same polish , length and he charged me more . When I showed him the Venmo he said that it was tip that he added .bummed out with the visit won't be going back . read more

Updated 7/5/2025 - Called on a whim to treat myself to a set of lashes and Lauren was there to assist me. She gave me a base set of classic lashes, and they were beautiful, just a little lacking in the "oh WOW" factor so she added few volume lashes to give me a more hybrid set of lashes and that's exactly what was needed!! I have been to many nail places since I've moved to Cali back 2001. I have struggled to find a place that I wanted to go back to or that the person did an amazing job and I wanted to get their name. A friend took me here which is awesome because it's super close to where I live. (I had been driving from vista to San Marcos, Oceanside or Carlsbad) This is in a spot I wouldn't have normally gone too because it seemed congested but, it hasn't been a problem each time I've gone. I found my gal (selfishly- not sharing her name!!!) She took time and truly listened to what I wanted for my pedicure. I Love how they have turned out each time I have gone. I made an appointment here for 2:30 p.m. When I arrived (early), everyone looked at me but didnt didn't greet me. After 5 minutes someone tells me its going to take 30 minutes to get to me. I let them know 3 times I had an appointment for 2:30. When I sat down, I realized the spa chairs were DIRTY :( I gave the nail tech a pic of what I wanted, but in a pink color. He didnt ask me how short I wanted them, he just started cutting. I was concerned about the shape and he kept telling me after he would fix it. He didn't fix them. I showed him that he had 2 different shapes going and I wanted a more oval shape and he only fixed the pinky. He didnt listen to me or follow through on what I wanted. He then charges me an extra $7 for "coffin set" I never asked for coffin anything. Not in shape, not in length, nothing. There is no manager there ever to talk to apparently. I've called multiple times asking. The vibe was uncomfortable because they didn't acknowledge my presence or make me feel like a valued client. Walked out spending $100 and not happy. To the manager I hope you can fix things This was my first time ever leaving a nail salon in tears, feeling completely upset . After a long day at work, I just wanted to treat myself and get my nails fixed. II walked out devastated. As she was doing my nails, I tried hinting that I wasn't comfortable with how they were coming out. It felt like she ignored the signs and just kept layering more and more polish on. I've been getting my nails done for eight years, so I've learned what the proper steps look like. There was no proper shaping with a nail file, the oval shape was completely gone, there were lumps in the polish, and even small hairs stuck in the gel from the towel they used. It looked rushed and careless. The woman herself was not rude, but what hurt the most was the lack of empathy at the end. I was clearly upset. I still wanted to tip her because she did her job, but I had to be honest and say it was a terrible job and I was disappointed. There was no apology. No offer to fix it. No discount. No manager stepping in. Just "okay" when I said I would never come back. That's what made it worse. Not feeling heard. Not feeling cared about. It made me feel like all that mattered was taking my money and moving on. I left sad, embarrassed, and feeling like I wasted my time and hard-earned money. No customer should walk out feeling that way. Needless to say, I will be telling my friends and family about my horrible experience here. I've been coming here for years and have spent and insane amount of money here Tammy did my toes and messed up making me late for my flight. I was there was two + hours. I usually like coming here right after work because it's right down the road, and they're usually pretty good. But I don't have a specific nail tech that I ask for so it's always random. I feel bad for writing this bad review but now because of my last experience, I won't be returning. My nail tech was an older lady and seemed to move extremely slow. So again I feel really bad for complaining, but she really hurt me to the point of crying 3 different times with the tool that quickly files off old gel. She kept nicking my skin and pressing too hard and it was very hot and extremely painful. I jolted from the pain and tried my hardest not to cry, but when it happened a second time, I couldn't help it and started crying. I was finally able to stop crying, and couldn't wipe my tears or fix my makeup because my hands were busy. My eye liner and mascara were completely ruined and it was very embarrassing. There was no apology whatsoever, and she actually seemed annoyed that I was jumping from the pain. In that moment, I said that I would never come back, there is no reason to have a painful experience when getting your nails done. I came to get ny nails done for Easter, and to relax after work, but it was a very bad experience that I will never forget. I was hoping the quality of the manicure would make up for it, but it also doesn't look the best. It's acceptable, but I was hoping for them to be a bit cleaner. Then she tried to upsell me a few times which I just found insincere and annoying. Like as if I didn't just have an awful experience and just wanted to leave so bad. And she slapped on some lotion and didn't rub it in all the way so I had to finish rubbing it in before I could roll my sleeves back down. Again I was dumbfounded at how awful this experience was. If you come to this place, it's fine if you have a nail tech that you regularly see. Don't come in without one, because they might give you the nail tech that no one asks for. read more

Super disappointing as there were 3 of us and they didn't tell me before hand. Even if I think it's silly to charge extra given it's less work, they should have at least told me it was going be an up charge.
