She pays attention to detail by cutting my cuticles. Very patient when you're indecisive about color she'll try them on your nail first to help you decide. First of all, I didn't like the shape of my nails. I tried multiple times to explain what I wanted, but the technician didn't understand and seemed to be in a rush. I didn't feel listened to at all. I was charged $70 for an ombré set, and the result was very poor. You can clearly see harsh lines instead of a smooth blend. This is the worst ombré I've ever received. Because she was in such a hurry, I also noticed a few small cuts around my cuticles once I got home, and my nails were very sore. I honestly don't understand the positive reviews. Been here a few times and always treated so well. They offer complementary beverages, they sometimes take turns with who does my actual nails vs designs if I have something more complicated. Pedicure offerings are wonderful, as are the chairs. read more

This is the BEST nail place in north county LYNN is the best i go to her everytime and she just did my nails for my sisters wedding and even helped me get creative suggesting the beautiful gold detail to match the initials of bride and groom and we put them on both of my ring fingers. I was very specific about the placements of the letters and she NAILED IT also makes me feel very comfortable to ask and fix whatever I want. In the moment. Today I went in for a full set. I asked for oval/round shape and I got pointy almond shape which four of them were crooked. I didn't notice until I left because it was on one hand. I paid 55$ plus tip. I was very disappointed. I now have to go and get them re-done. Plus, she had to leave twice to do eyebrow waxing. read more

I have been in search of a good nail salon in north county for a while, when I received two recommendations for this place. I got a full set of Gel X from Lily. She listened to my requests and paid attention to detail. She made sure the shape and length were exactly as I wanted and helped me find the specific color, even offering helpful suggestions along the way. I purposely waited two weeks to post this review to make sure my nails were holding up, and they are in great condition. In addition to Lily being an amazing nail technician, I appreciated that the owner stopped by to see how everything was going. The salon itself is very clean and well lit with new and nice chairs and tables. Every employee I crossed paths with was extremely nice. The drink bar was the icing on the cake. At the end of a long day, it was great having a glass of wine while getting some self care. I will definitely be returning and am looking forward to working with Lily again. read more

Cute place that looks really nice and clean but I waited 25 mins with my feet in the water. Then 2 more people came after me and they crowded us in one area which seemed a little weird because this place is huge and then the last lady they sat right next to me and started on her right away because she had an appt. I told her I made an appt yesterday. She went into a long explanation about how this lady made an appt with her specifically earlier today. This is my first time here and not the best first impression or welcoming experience. Now the poor girl working on me is stressed and rushing and this isn't relaxing. She is even a little ruff when shoving my feet back in the water. The 6 min (exactly) massage was ok. And the lady next to me is getting her dip nails filed down and dust is going everywhere and the nail tech and her are talking a lot so not very spa like or relaxing. As I was leaving I saw the room next to the room I was in was jam packed with everyone together yet the other side of the building had all open chairs. Why bunch everyone together? I don't get it. This is the nicest nail salon!!! Gorgeous inside, clean and spacious, nice new spa chairs, pretty lighting, great service! They offered water/coffee/tea... then a lady walked around with a box of fresh pastries. They have a cute little bar at the front and they supposedly offer cocktails later in the day!? I'm a regular customer, I usually see Lyn. Yesterday I was there on time but she was late 10 minutes. and she then was asked to rush doing my pedicure to serve other customer. Did my pedicure for 10 minutes, DONE! I complained, she added 5 minutes of lame massage of my legs. They raise their price by $5, but they lower the quality of their service to their regular customer. Bad Service! read more

my usual nail place moved and upgraded their place and i'm loving every bit of it! the place itself is gorgeous! they sit you down quickly and right away offer a complimentary drink and snack. i got white wine and some peanuts on the side haha. i'm so happy the nail place i always go to upgrade. the service is amazing as well, as always:) read more
