My service provider was Cindy, and she was lovely! She genuinely took her time with my nails and didn't make me feel like she was just trying to get me out the door. She cleaned up everything she had to when applying my Gel X tips and she didn't paint the polish on thick at all! I hate chunky globby nails and she left them super smooth. She did her best with the design I asked for and did it pretty well! Her eyebrow waxing service was pretty good although she did rush a bit with my brows. There are other waxers there that have previously done my brows very well. For nails though she takes her time and it definitely shows in the shape and quality of my nails. I dropped a polish on accident, sorry guys ‍. I forgot pics of our feet but my husband said his feet look so pretty (they usually look like yucca root ). My little numbs have grown some nails so I decided on gold French tip dipped nails. I think them came out beautiful and I love them. This team from Jenny, Lucy, Tammy and her husband are all very cool and funny. The place is always clean and there are TV shows on for every taste. The lady was super sweet, and I enjoyed the nice chair massage I got while my feet were being pampered. Super bummed about this place. I have been coming here on and off for years and have always been super happy with their services and work. I called and made an appointment for 2 pedicures and 1 gel manicure at 4:30 PM on a Friday. I wanted to get my nails done for a special even happening over the weekend. When we got there they were super busy and we sat for a while. They didn't start our pedicures until about 5:00 PM and were done by 5:25 PM. I got the deluxe pedicure and it was super rushed. I noticed the callus removal, which was included in the pedicure, was done poorly. When I asked the woman to take more off she told me that I just needed to put more lotion on at home. I've never left with such rough heels. I noticed I still have old polish on my toe nails and they weren't even shaped well. After the pedicure, at about 5:30 PM, I was informed that I would have to wait until someone was available for the gel manicure. I mentioned I had made an appointment at 4:30 PM for this, but they made a bunch of excuses. I don't know what the point of making an appointment is if I won't be seen close to the time of my appointment. They then backtracked and tried to get me to stay but I honestly didn't want to sit through a rushed and disappointing manicure. I left, and won't be back. read more
