Heidi has done beautiful work for me, and most recently Mia absolutely "nailed it". Not only did she do an amazing job with incredible attention to detail, but she was also such a kind, warm soul. The kind of person who makes the whole experience feel relaxing instead of transactional. And a special shoutout to Chloe!!! Chloe is the lovely who handles the bookings/front desk, she is always so incredibly sweet and welcoming. Her studio is very clean, she disinfects her products or only use them on you. That is a big plus! Her website has the most detailed descriptions I have seen when trying to book an appointment. I usually get very anxious when going to new places and having to talk to new people due to social anxiety but she is great and it's always nice to talk to her during appointments.
