Drink was still delicious though (after it was remade) according to my mom. Anyway, we arrived earlier than our appointment time and they got us in about 5 minutes before it was supposed to be. I got a Classic Pedicure + Gel, and my mom got a Luxury Pedicure + Gel, and a Classic Manicure + Gel. The lady who did my nails was named Kim, she was amazing! Very gentle and friendly. Now the lady who did my mothers nails was named Ana, and she hardly spoke, got nail polish on my mothers skin (both hands and feet) She even accidentally made my mothers cuticles bleed for her manicure. HOWEVER, she gave a great massage! Overall, I would definitely go back to this place, but I know who I would request and who I would not. They did offer a $20 refund after I called, but overall there was a serious lack of communication and quality. Customers should know beforehand when an advertised part of a service is unavailable.
