This is the worst set of acrylic I've ever had-- I've been getting my nails done for 20years- I thought I'd give this place a try because of how close it is to my work. An hour and a half later I have the worst set of off shaped --different lengthen nails. Not only did it take way too long it turned out terrible. Definitely would not recommend this business. The owner and workers are not friendly. Also if you have to remove your acrylics, they do not do the acetone removal and they remove it by pure physical strength with another acrylic nail. This will damage your real nails. If it was done for a quicker turnaround, I think they should have mentioned this in advance. There was a lot of pain in this removal process and I do note recommend. read more

I hate leaving terrible reviews but I am overall disappointed. I got a pedicure and a fill on my nails two days ago, 4 of my nails already cracked, I also had the problem of my toes for my pedicure, the lady though she was extremely nice she didnt paint half of my toe nails, as in like the paint covered about half the nail on all of them. I would give them a second chance but the price just doesnt make me want to go back after the experience I had because I had to go somewhere else to fix it because they gave me the wrong shaped nails and took 1.5 hours to do a fill and a pedicure. They weren't busy so there was no excuse. Additionally they are extremely nice they just aren't experienced, low quality of nails overall and don't pay extra for massages or extras on pedicures because you wont get your moneys worth. TERRIBLE Customer service and Design-my 17 year old daughter went in to get a specific design in 1st pic they said they could do it and ended up with NOTHING like it. The nails she got for $80 looked like something out of a Halloween movie. She asked for a refund. The owner/manager first said no and that's the design she wanted then offered $10 back, then finally after 20 minutes she got $70 back "but they would have to soak it off" as IF she wanted to keep those ugly things on. Went in after realizing my usual nail salon is closed on Sundays. It was empty at first but clients trickled in as time passed. It did take the manicurist longer than what I'm used to , to get the acrylics buffed and shaped. My nails did come out beautifully. I will never return. I was there on Saturday WITH an appointment. The manicure for my grandmother was $17 and the nail tech never cleaned the dirt from my grandma's fingernails or offered any polish. The guy doing my nails was so nice so I hate to write a bad review but the gel acrylic nails came out so bad. My cuticles were sanded down until I bled on five out of 10 fingers. When I left, my nails had not been tapered towards the ends where my cuticle is, and was left very thick. There was acrylic on the underside of my nails. I decided to get pink and white gel normally the fake nail is clear or a neutral tone however this time it was white and the white acrylic didn't fully cover the nail so it looks very uneven and sloppy. It's only been a week and a half and every single nail is lifting already. I also got a pedicure and it is apparent they put too much acetone in the nail polish because even after two coats my nails aren't fully covered. read more

I typically go to my "go-to" girl at her private shop, but it was raining and she's about 30 mins away. So I decided to try this place out despite the horrible reviews that was given because I like trying things out myself before I judge. I purchased the #1 package with a callus removal and a 10 minute hot stone massage. The lady who did my pedicure was at first, taking her time because there wasn't any other customers. But once a customer came in, she started rushing. I never received my scrub that was in my package OR my 10 min hot stone massage. She rubbed my leg for a minute! (I timed it) and said she was finished. In addition, I asked for a specific design. She said she could do it but when it was done, it looked absolutely nothing like it so I told her to just remove it and I'll go with a plain color with no design. Here comes for payment. She tries to charge my card but it wouldn't go through. She calls Andy and he tries to charge it and it doesn't go through. They both yell at me "it's declined!" I asked them to try again because I have money in my account. They try again and it says, "transaction not completed." Andy tells me I need to USE THEIR ATM to get cash. I told him I didn't want to because my bank charges me $7 for every withdrawal not with their personal ATM. Then Andy fidgets with the card machine and tells me "oh, the card machine is not working." After humiliating me in front of the other customer. I tell him it wasn't my fault that card machine was down and that if they have Venmo or PayPal I can transfer the money. He takes my card and goes, "no, use our ATM." And I tell him I need to leave soon due to work and that I didn't want to get charged $7 for something that wasn't my fault. He tells me he'll "half" the ATM cost fee. Which in the end, I agreed to do. Btw, their ATM has their OWN fee and I have my own fee for my own bank as well. Anyways, I take the money out (exactly, my card wasn't the issue), and once I get money out, he goes "card machine is working now." Like wtf???? Is this a fucken scam? Never will I be back here. And once I paid him, I asked for my "half of the ATM" fee. He refused saying it should be TIP. The fuck? read more

I would never go back to the salon. The women that did my nails did not take her time, she spent 10 minutes on my pedicure and didn't paint half of my right middle toe. They also do NOT wear masks and tried to tell my mom that "covid isn't a big deal" and that they got covid quarantined for 10 days and they were fine. Emphasizing that everyone heals from covid, which.. isn't true because the amount of deaths that happened from covid including family friends of mine. $27 not worth a pedicure. I ended up with a pink color and all he did was add glitter on top..... now my pedicure... the lady ripped out some of my cuticle and I told her it was hurting me and she would apologize and continue to do it and kept hurting me. leaving there my toe felt irritated and 24 hrs later it got infected and having to take antibiotics. I came here despite looking at the reviews. I've came her twice for pedicures and they were ok. I was excited to go again to now get glitter gel set on my nails and A gel pedicure! The guy was very rough when filing down on my nails I felt him even filing down on my skin with his machine. And rarely do I ever feel it on my skin when getting my nails done anywhere so It seemed very intentional. And he kept going the whole time being very rough, it was very obvious, even when moving a nail to get to another nail and never once said sorry or my bad. He was not being gentle whatsoever and on the picture down below is the nail that he dug on the side way too much and proceeded to file down harder with the filer which hurt even more. I realized he also painted over it with the gel polish. And my fingernails are extremely sore right now. I don't think I'll ever go back especially after paying 97 for this type of work. Ive never felt this unsatisfactory from any other place especially because they were my birthday nails and the everything was painful. read more
