I've been coming to TM nails for the past four years. Every time I've come in the price is great, and the service is too. I get regular acrylic fills & pedicures there, and it is always fast and affordable. All of the staff is friendly & does a great job with complicated designs, and simple ones too! They always have new trendy polish & chrome colors to try! I've tried everywhere in San Marcos but stuck with TM nails! This is a good place to get your nails done, but unfortunately my experience with Hannah was disappointing. She was rude and disrespectful. As customers, we all work hard for our money, so we have the right to choose who we want to do our nails without being judged or treated poorly. Good customer service should include kindness and respect. Sadly, because of this experience, I won't be coming back.they also get mad if you don't give them a tip. She paid lots of attention to detail from the inspo that i didn't even catch myself. I knew I was in good hands when she brought out the magnets and the airbrush spray (Details i didn't even notice from my inspo) to create the pink background that i originally thought was just one color. I got my nails done earlier in the day and expressed that they were too short, but the technician told me it was "too late" to fix them and didn't offer any solution or redo. After work, I returned and asked so nicely if they could soak them off or redo the set. Instead of helping or having any solutions, the woman at the front, Hannah, spoke to me extremely rudely. I have never been treated that way at any business, especially not one that is supposed to be professional. She refused to fix the issue and told me that if I wanted to get a soak-off or a new set, I would have to pay again for a mistake THEY made. That is just completely unacceptable, I couldn't believe my ears. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. I used to love coming here but the last time I went in for a pedicure she took a total of 20min for everything. The part where the exfoliate your heels she took less than 5 secs to scrub, and she cut one of my nails too short causing a sore. This is unfortunate because they always do such quality work when I have gone. Also the polish is a little bumpy as well. I did also go when they were decently busy so maybe if I go in when they are less busy it'll be better!? read more

I knew about Tm nails after searching on yelp and reading a lot of reviews. It's near my house so it's convenient to stop by and Hannah has been very helpful with scheduling an appointment for me. Onetime they took me in early before opening time because I was busy during the day but i need to get my nails done. That was very nice of them. The shop is clean and sanitary. Everyone is very friendly, always greet me with a smile. They usually have cooking videos playing on their tv to entertain the customers. There are a lot of options for pedicures here too. I usually get the green tea pedicure that comes with paraffin wax and my feet always feel so soft after. They also gave good foot massage and a hot towel at the end. It was so relaxing and totally worth the money. They also have waxing service. Hannah did a great job with my eyebrows, fast and painless. The prices are pretty fair compared to other nail shops in the area. My nails always last at least 3 weeks and longer so the money was well spent. However, be mindful that they only take cash. They have an ATM in the shop or you can get cash at the smoke shop next door. I highly recommend this place and if I could give them more than 5 stars, I would!!! read more
